    Purpose

    Junior Production Planner

    Purpose

    • To assist and provide support with scheduling of required production and materials planning according to a pre-determined delivery schedule for all aspects of the production process in order to ensure on-time and in-full delivery to customers.

    Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

    Project Manager

    Purpose

    Purpose

    • The purpose of the role is for an individual to safely pack and stack substrate and final product and to operate forklift, battery cars, guillotines, and shredders.

    Purpose

    Technician: Utilities

    Purpose

    • To ensure maintenance, repair and installation of all environmental (humidity and HVACR), mechanical and electrical equipment by effectively performing preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance.

    Purpose.

    The Preferred Candidate is likely to have

    • National Diploma in Environmental Health / Safety Management/occupational health and safety related or similar qualification (Essential)
    • SHE legislation training/qualification
    • Contractor or construction management training
    • Occupational hygiene training
    • SHE Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation
    • 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a SHE manufacturing environment. (Essential)

    Auditor Integrated Management Systems (IMS)

    Job Summary:

    • Responsible for ensuring compliance to the ISO standards and other legal and regulatory requirements. Responsible for conducting scheduled and unscheduled audits. Coordinate all audit activities for Integrated Management Systems (IMS) which comprise of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 22301, and any other ad hoc audits and fulfilling the supportive and related roles including administration. This entails participating in the SABN’s IMS audits (self-verification audits) need analysis and drafting of an audit schedule; schedule and participate in the audits as part of audit group (where applicable); prepare, compile and distribute the audit reports and conduct follow ups according to an agreed work plan. Assist auditees/internal clients to prepare for external ISO & SHEQ audits. Responsible for accurate reporting to leadership on status of system audits, give input to operational and other risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the department with Safety, Health and Environment (SHE); Ethics, Risk and Compliance management within the Quality Assurance Section.

    Main Responsibilities (not limited to):

    • To assist and give support in establishing audit focus and objectives for the financial year.
    • Identify risk areas using the risk matrix and frequency of Audits.
    • Conducting and co-ordinating IMS audit activities, which include scheduling, conducting, coordinating, providing relevant resources and administration for the audit teams.
    • Prepare scope letters outlining the details and the requirements of the audit plan and submit to manager for approval.
    • Consolidate audit reports and submit to manager for approval.
    • Provide feedback to the auditees with the approved audit report
    • Report findings on ActionHub (ERP) system.
    • Coordinate audit follow ups and close out of findings.
    • Report on IMS audits status and performance, and highlight risks and/or opportunities identified through auditing.
    • Monitor the system documentation lifecycle and ensure documentation is maintained and updated as per standard procedures and prepare quarterly status reports.
    • Ensure input to Risk Management and Continuous Improvement processes.
    • Facilitate root-cause analysis (RCA), where applicable, for audit findings and verify and confirm adequacy of RCAs for all audit findings.
    • Give required support in third party (certification, compliance), customer, supplier and ad-hoc audits.
    • Ensure compliance to SHE, Ethics, Risk and Compliance requirements. 

    The Preferred Candidate is likely to have:

    • Diploma in Quality Management and a certificate in Lead auditor for ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001
    • Internal Quality Auditor Training
    • SANAS 17025 (Added advantage)
    • ISO 22301 (added advantage)
    • Security Printing Processes (added advantage)
    • Certificate in ISO 19011 (added advantage)
    • 3-5 years’ Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing environment
