    Grade B - Controllers - Paarden Eiland

    Job Context    

    • Servest Security is URGENTLY looking for a Grade B Controllers
    • Self posting - preferable living in areas closest to Paarden Eiland, e.g. Maitland, Ysterplaat, Brooklyn, Ruby, Milnerton
    • Alternative areas: Delft / Kraaifontein / Parow / Goodwood / Mitchells Plain /Eerste River

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Reside in areas closest to Paarden Eiland 
    • Able to communicate clearly in English.
    • Good telephone etiquette
    • Experience with patrol systems i.e. Italk / Instacom
    • CCTV monitoring expericence
    • Vehicle tracker expericence
    • Experience working with posting sheets
    • Must be able to work under pressure
    • Listener experience (more than 100 clients)
    • Valid PSIRA Grade B
    • Min 2 years expericence working in a control room
    • Willing to work shifts

    Safety Administrator (Secunda)

    Job Context    

    • Servest Security has an open vacancy for a  Safety Administrator to join the Team. The role of the Safety Administrator is to provide and complete all administrative functions to ensure smooth operations relating to office support and general administration. Always ensure HSEC Compliance. The position is based in Secunda. 

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Matric
    • Health & Safety Qualification
    • 2 – 3 years of experience in an Administrative Role
    • Experience in the Mining Sector will be an advantage
    • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office & Excel
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Own transport 
    • Clear criminal record

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Ensure that colleagues comply with all health and safety regulations.
    • Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the status of the safety files.
    • Support the Safety Officer with administrative tasks.
    • Keep safety files updated at all times.
    • Meet all deadlines set by the Line Manager (Safety Officer).
    • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and in a manner that is mutually beneficial.
    • Maintain professional relationships with all staff members on site.
