    Support Analyst

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • System support for calls logged in line with procedures and Service Level Agreements.
    • Identify and report recurring system problems.
    • Assess training needs in liaison with business units.
    • Facilitate end-user training.
    • The SAP Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to end users in the various Heineken Beverages sites, in the SAP PM [Plant Maintenance], MM [Material Mangement]; Procurement together with 3rd party integration solutions.
    • Maintaining close business relationships with the procurement; production & warehouse relevant users, specifically super users.
    • Broad understanding of the solution components and integration with an emphasis on:
    • Purchase requisitions
    • Purchase Orders
    • MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

    • Strong training competence in training facilitation and compiling training material in liaison with the Training Manager.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • Relevant Information systems Qualification
    • Exceptionally good business knowledge in the areas supported by production and quality systems.
    • Proven IT Technical skills: Minimum of 5 years support experience of which 3 years must be in Production or Quality management
    • Excellent knowledge of database structures and general database management.
    • Solid understanding of Information Systems and Technology management.
    • Exposure to system integration would be advantageous.
    • Exposure to SAP MM, PM (Plant Maintenance); Procurement and if you are already a super user in the SAP operational modules. Knowledge in Coupa would be advantageous
    • Strong analytical skills.

    Boiler Operator

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Efficient operation and control of the coal and methane boilers on a shift basis
    • Facilitate ash removal when required
    • Ensure optimum coal availability and supply to the boilers
    • Perform the required analyses of boiler processes and reporting as required

    Master Planner

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • This position works closely with Central Planning and a key output is an optimised production plan.
    •  Furthermore this position plan all bulk requirements and liaise with the primary supplying plants in terms of constraints.
    • The third key focus is an optimised returnable system, focusing on communication and tracking actual performance vs Planned activities.
    • Responsible for a stable production plan by optimally utilising production facilities and employees.
    • The demand of products produced on relevant lines are managed effectively.
    • Incorrect Master data and BOM’s reported and corrected.

    Business Analyst

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Be a co-pilot to Support Functions in decision making through solicited and unsolicited advice based on financial analysis and in-depth knowledge of business operations.
    • Support the overall governance cycle (Strategic Plan, Annual Plan and Latest Estimates) by working closely with the other controllers/analysts.

    Route to Market Specialist - Klerksdorp

    Key Responsibilities

    • Determine the most crucial needs of the RTM customers and carries out activities in collaboration with colleagues to ensure that these clients receive first-class customer care and service.
    • Propose a strategy and objectives to manage the various RTM accounts and implements these upon approval by the Divisional Manager.
