    Job Summary

    • This role involves the overall management of the guesthouse, accommodation, and function operations at Welverdiend, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth daily operations, effective coordination of functions and events, proper staff supervision, and the maintenance of high hospitality and presentation standards at all times.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the guesthouse, including accommodation, functions, and events
    • Oversee reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communications

    • Financial awareness, including stock control and cost management
    • Computer literate with experience in booking and reservation systems
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and functions
    • Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)

    Job Summary

    • This role involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations, including record‑keeping, documentation, coordination, and general assistance across departments.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • General administrative support, including electronic and hard‑copy filing
    • Processing company orders, quotations, credit notes, and sales documentation
    • Procurement, sales, EFT processing, and account administration
    • Managing consumable invoices, stock, stationery, and asset registers
    • Capturing daily stock, production, timber intake, and market data

    Petrol Attendant

    Job Summary

    • This role involves providing friendly customer service by safely refuelling vehicles, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and efficient forecourt environment.

    Responsibilities and Duties 

    • Fill up petrol/diesel tanks with correct product as requested by customer
    • Collect money from customers and dispense change or charge purchases to customers' bank cards using speed point machines
    • Provide customers with receipts
    • Wash windshields and check fluid levels and air pressure in tyres
    • Prepare daily reports of fuel and oil
    • Responsible for cleaning and preparing the job site
    • When required loading and delivering materials
    • Regularly emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points
    • Notify management when fuel is running low and notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
