Purpose of the Job:
Conducts spot welding robot programming and PLC programming on various systems to ensure optimal production output.
Conduct preventative maintenance in line with established preventative maintenance plan.
Key responsibilities include the following:
- Make adjustments on existing robot weld programs.
- Review and improve robotic process and sequence to improve cycle times.
- Provide daily production support for robotic weld cells.
- Perform robot manual welding when required.
- Conducts troubleshooting and repairs on PLC controlled systems and programs
