MAIN JOB FUNCTION

• Moving of accident damaged vehicles.
• Loading of vehicles from tow trucks and carriers.
• Complete checklist on forklift checks daily.
• Ensure that vehicles being moved, as well as forklift, is not damaged during moving and loading of vehicles.
• Taking photos of vehicles using application phone.
• Assist with stocking in and releasing of vehicles. 

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS 

• Matric
• Motor Industry experience will be advantageous

• Valid Forklift License
• 2 Years experience

Requirements

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering)
• Comfortable using web-based systems and general office software
• Fast and accurate typing and data entry capabilities

Key Competencies:

• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Reliable, discreet, and maintains strict data confidentiality
• Proactive and efficient in handling repetitive tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
• Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in a data capturing or administrative role (insurance/claims experience advantageous).

Key Responsibilities:

Planned Maintenance & Repairs

• Create and manage a preventative maintenance schedule
• Perform general maintenance and basic repairs in plumbing, electrical, and related areas
• Book and oversee contractors for specialized or large-scale repairs

Facility Oversight & Compliance

• Ensure all building systems are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions

Grounds & Building Management

• Supervise landscaping, pest control, and cleanliness of all areas
• Oversee the work of cleaning staff and ensure common areas are well-maintained

Security & Safety

• Monitor security systems and coordinate safety protocols
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure adherence to health and safety standards

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Manage relationships with external service providers
• Oversee quality of work and negotiate service contracts when necessary

Budget & Project Management

• Develop and maintain a maintenance and repairs budget
• Plan and execute yearly room refreshment projects in collaboration with management

Requirements:

•  Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in property maintenance, building management, or facilities management\

Preferred but Not Required:

• Relevant certifications or technical training
• First Aid knowledge
• Familiarity with property management systems or tools
• Matric and/or relevant trade or technical qualifications

Key Responsibilities: 

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales and profit targets (retail and auction).
• Prospect and follow up on leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally.
• Vehicle presentations.
• Build strong relationships with individual buyers and motor traders.
• Ensure all documentation complies with FICA, CPA, and internal policies.
• Maintain showroom standards and stock readiness.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in vehicle sales
• Strong knowledge and skills of cars, values, and the buying process.
• CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)
• Confident, customer-focused, and target-driven.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and occasional auction days.
