Purpose Statement
To assist the Divisional Manager to manage the Internal Audit function for Business Development & Technology Services, to ensure it adds value to the organisation (group of companies) and its stakeholders by providing objective and relevant assurance and by contributing to the effectiveness of the governance and control processes.
Experience
Min:
At least 5 years’ as an Internal Auditor (IT) and performing the full spectrum of IT audits
At least 2 years’ managerial experience in managing a team of 5 or more
Ideal:
Practice experience in annual audit planning
Practical experience using data analytics
Practical experience using COBIT or other relevant frameworks
Internal audit (IT) experience in the Banking and/or Financial sector
Practical experience in growing and developing internal audit skills and teams
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
A relevant degree in Commerce or Information Systems Auditing (CISA)
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Certification in Information Systems Auditing (CISA) or Control Risk Self-Assessments (CCSA)
Certified Internal Auditor in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)

Purpose Statement

Purpose Statement
To manage and control the Exchange Control (EXCON) function for Business Bank in line with regulatory and compliance requirements whilst also efficiently servicing client needs.
To liaise with the South African Reserve Bank (“SARB”), Exchange Control Department on behalf of Business Bank.
Experience
Minimum:
At least 2 years Exchange Control experience as a specialist with direct interaction with the SARB
Holding accountability for regulatory compliance in an exchange control environment
Providing exchange control guidance and advice to different levels in an organisation, able to support appropriately
