    Omnichannel Specialist

    Your new role

    • As an Omnichannel Specialist, you will drive the development and execution of integrated, compliant, and insight-led engagement strategies that enhance how we connect with HCPs and patients. You will be a key partner to commercial, medical, and cross-functional teams, helping shape omnichannel journeys that are meaningful, relevant, and aligned with strategic imperatives.

    Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Guide the design and execution of cohesive omnichannel journeys across HCP and patient touchpoints in alignment with local, regional, and global strategies.
    • Optimise content and campaigns across all channels to maximise reach, relevance, and engagement impact.
    • Drive personalisation at scale through marketing automation tools, segmentation, and triggered journeys. Build omnichannel capability across teams by promoting best practices and strengthening digital literacy.
    • Measure, analyse, and report performance, transforming data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Ensure all omnichannel activities follow internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and champion new technologies and digital solutions to enhance engagement effectiveness.

    Your new department

    • You will join the Customer and Patient Experience department — a strategic and highly collaborative team working to elevate engagement excellence across the organisation.
    • The team partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Communications, Market Access, Digital Excellence, and regional OCE counterparts to ensure that omnichannel strategies are seamlessly integrated, customer-centric, and impactful. We operate in a fast-evolving environment where innovation, cross-functional alignment, and data-driven decision-making are central to delivering outstanding customer and patient experiences.

    Your skills & qualifications

    • To succeed in this role, you should have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, digital engagement, or omnichannel execution.
    • Proven experience managing omnichannel campaigns using CRM or marketing automation tools.
    • Strong understanding of compliance, content approval workflows, and experience building or adapting content.
    • Hands-on experience with channels such as email, HCP portals, WhatsApp for Business, IVAs/eDetailing, webinars, and third-party platforms.
    • Exposure to patient engagement initiatives or digital patient platform management.

    Your new role

    • As Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving capability and leadership development across frontline and office-based teams. You will design, deliver, and continuously evolve learning solutions that enable selling excellence, leadership effectiveness, and organisational readiness in a rapidly changing healthcare landscape.

    Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Deliver organisational capability and skills development excellence. Design and implement timely, relevant, and high-quality training programmes for frontline and office-based employees.
    • Ensure a coordinated and impactful onboarding experience. Identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted development interventions.
    • Drive frontline capability and leadership development. Build leadership capabilities to enable effective coaching and performance management. Support people leaders in developing high-performing teams. Act as a change advocate.
    • Manage learning programmes, resources, and governance. Manage internal and external learning resources and vendors. Oversee logistics, evaluation, and ROI of learning initiatives. Ensure compliance with Skills Development Act and internal SOPs.
    • Enable cross-functional collaboration and strategic alignment. Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders. Contribute to cross-functional projects. Maintain and evolve the competency framework.

    • The team works closely with leaders, frontline teams, and regional and global stakeholders to ensure that learning, leadership development, and talent initiatives are aligned with business priorities. Operating across functions, the team plays a key role in supporting change, building future-ready capabilities, and driving sustainable performance across the organisation.

    Your skills & qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Healthcare, or related field. Master’s degree desirable
    • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
    • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Solid understanding of learning theory and leadership development.
    • Strong organisational and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Valid driver’s licence.

    Clinical Medical Manager

    Your new role

    • As a Clinical Medical Manager (CMM), you will be responsible for delivering industry-leading clinical trial execution excellence, securing early medical input into product development, and establishing strong scientific partnerships within current and emerging therapy areas.

    Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Deliver clinical trial excellence. Partner with Therapy Area Leads and Trial Managers to ensure high-quality scientific and medical oversight.
    • Gather and translate actionable clinical insights. Lead national investigator selection and engagement. Act as the local scientific expert throughout feasibility and trial execution.
    • Strengthen early product development and provide early clinical and scientific input into study protocol development. Identify potential challenges early and proactively drive solutions.
    • Build presence in therapy areas and communicate Novo Nordisk’s scientific narrative. Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, investigators, and research institutions.
    • Enable organizational readiness and deliver scientific training for Clinical Operations teams. Act as a bridge to Medical Affairs by sharing insights and facilitating early relationships.

    Your new department

    • You will join the Clinical Medical Management (CMM) team, a highly skilled and strategically important function within our clinical organisation. The team serves as the scientific and medical backbone supporting early clinical development, trial execution, and therapy area expansion.
    • We operate at the intersection of Clinical Operations, Medical & Scientific Affairs, Global Development, and Commercial, ensuring scientific excellence and cross-functional alignment throughout the entire clinical value chain.

    Your skills & qualifications
    To be successful in this role you need to have:

    • MD, PhD,  MPharm or equivalent.
    • minimum of 2, 3+ years of experience in clinical development or medical affairs.
    • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial methodology.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Strong analytical mindset.
    • Experience collaborating with investigators and scientific associations.
