    Business Analyst

    • The Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business problems and coordinating solutions within the software development team. The role requires key business analysis skills, including stakeholder management, requirements engineering and problem-solving. The role also requires a sufficient level of technical and domain knowledge to allow the analyst to operate as a facilitating ‘hub’ for the whole development team.
    • The analyst isn’t necessarily responsible for designing or implementing a solution. Instead, the business analyst’s job is to ensure that the designed and delivered solutions are aligned with the needs of the stakeholders and/or clients. The analyst should be able to obtain a good understanding of business requirements and through a structured process be able to translate these requirements into business requirements and functional specifications.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience in a related field    
    • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience 
    • A minimum of 2 years of product-specific experience (On Key) is advantageous   
    • A minimum of 1 years experience in the asset management industry is advantageous  
    • Experience in working with teams following an agile methodology    
    • Experienced in delivering/implementing products that meet users’ needs in a relevant domain    
    • Experienced in specifying and shaping new software features    
    • Experienced in working with software support/development teams    

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Conduct business analysis    
    • Support user experience designers and facility user collaboration sessions    
    • Partake in quality assurance and issue resolution processes    
    • Build knowledge of new analysis processes and tools on a continuous basis     
    • Participate actively in the scrum process    
    • Transfer knowledge to other stakeholders

    Asset Care Administrator

    • Administrators require the ability to work independently, often requiring you to make decisions and solve problems on your own. Work with a high level of concentration and patience on your own as you will manage a large volume of work orders. You will make a great administrator if you can be self-reliant at work while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A minimum of a Matric qualification
    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is advantegous
    • A minimum of 1 years experience in an Administrative position
    • Experience in the Textile Manufacturing, Retail, or Warehousing and Storage industry is advantegous
    • MS Office knowledge
    • Good typing skills

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Capture and generate work orders
    • Perform general ad hoc administrative tasks
    • Validating invoicing through checks on different systems
    • Assist stakeholders with invoicing queries
    • Follow up with contractors on overdue invoices
    • Review statements and ensure compliance with agreed-upon payment timelines
    • Maintain adherence to standard SLA agreements
    • Follow up on open work orders with contractors
    • Follow up with contractors when work orders reach SLA of 50% to ensure contractor respond to work within SLA
    • Monitor the complaints process and ensure timely resolution according to SLA

    Asset Care Engineer

    • You will work within a wide range of industries in the Private and/ or Public sectors covering various aspects of asset management. You will be either dedicated to a single client based at the client's site or work from the Pragma head office servicing multiple clients. You will will be exposed to industry best practices for asset management and have access to extensive training material, to help you be the best you can be as a physical asset management specialist. If you seek a job where you can use your logical and analytical engineering mind to implement creative solutions to optimise your client's asset management system, this role was meant for you. 

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A Relevant Tertiary Qualification (B Eng, BScEng, B Tech Degree or N Diploma (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical))    
    • A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in manufacturing/ mining/consulting/utility industries preferred    
    • A minimum of 1 year experience in any EAMS/CMMS environment (Advantageous)         
    • Exposure and understanding of Project management methodology (whether applied or completed in a formal course)    
    • Experience in an engineering service delivery environment (Advantageous)
    • Basic knowledge of plant maintenance, asset management and reliability engineering preferred    
    • Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge with the ability to perform complex data analysis, visualisation and reporting

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Develop and implement Asset Management business processes to support an effective asset management/maintenance system for your client
    • Identify opportunities for improving your client's maintenance processes and asset management system, and utilise a structured problem-solving methodology to implement solutions
    • Present asset management training and develop training material and course content    
    • Identify required reports to measure and improve business processes and KPIs    
    • Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects   
    • Engage and build relationships with plant artisans, foremen and engineers to support them 
    • Prepare and chair meetings on-site with clients and distribute reports    
    • Continuously review and analyse system data and trends to make informed suggestions and contributions to the improvement of the client's system and processes    
    • Give high-level system support to the client and act as a mediator between the client and system support/development

    Security Engineer

    • The Security Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical controls that protect our On Key SaaS platform, data, and infrastructure.The Security Engineer will act as the bridge between security strategy (set by CISO/CIO/CTO) and technical execution (DevOps, Developers, and Support).

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Security-related roles.
    • Strong knowledge of Azure security architecture and cloud infrastructure.
    • Experience with CI/CD security (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
    • Familiarity with network security, identity management, and incident response.
    • Understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR and how controls are implemented technically.
    • Certifications in the following field are desired:
    • AZ-500: Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate.
    • CISSP / GIAC Cloud Security Engineer (GCSE).
    • CompTIA Security+.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    Platform & Infrastructure Security

    • Implement and maintain Azure-native security controls (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, etc.).
    • Ensure secure configurations of cloud services, storage accounts, virtual networks, and Kubernetes clusters.
    • Apply network segmentation, WAFs, and DDoS protections.
    • Regularly assess configurations against CIS Benchmarks and NIST frameworks.

    Application Security Integration

    • Collaborate with developers to embed security into the SDLC. 
    • Static and dynamic code analysis (SAST, DAST).
    • Dependency and container vulnerability scanning.
    • Secrets detection and management.
    • Review and enforce secure coding standards across repositories.

    Identity & Access Management (IAM)

    • Maintain least privilege principles across Azure AD, CI/CD, and internal tools.
    • Manage MFA, conditional access policies, and just-in-time (JIT) permissions.
    • Audit service principals, tokens, and credentials in all environments.

    Threat Detection & Incident Response

    • Deploy and fine-tune SIEM/SOAR tools (e.g., Azure Sentinel).
    • Investigate alerts, correlate events, and lead technical triage.
    • Create and maintain incident response playbooks for common scenarios.

    Security Automation & Continuous Improvement

    • Build security automation pipelines for patching, scanning, and alerting.
    • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security policies (Terraform Sentinel, OPA).
    • Contribute to compliance evidence collection for SOC 2 / ISO 27001.

    Facilities Coordinator

    • The successful incumbent will be required to oversee the cleanliness, hygiene, and soft services within our textile production environment. In this role, you’ll supervise in-house cleaning teams, manage external service providers (including hygiene, pest control, catering, and cleaning), and ensure all areas meet strict health and safety standards.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • A minimum of a Matric qualification.

    • Ensure cleaning and hygiene schedules meet production and health standards required for textile manufacturing.
    • Conduct regular inspections of production areas, change rooms, offices, and communal spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
    • Maintain cleaning supply inventories and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained.
    • Work closely with the Facilities/Technical Manager to plan cleaning activities around operational schedules.
    • Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards and site access protocols by all cleaning staff and contractors.
    • Prepare reports on service performance, incidents, and improvements.
