    Administrative Assistant | Bethlehem, Free State

    Job description:

    The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for performing after sales service offering to customers, thereby contributing to the ongoing customer relationship. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Interact, manage and provide effective client service
    • Implement new business
    • Prepare client files
    • Process client queries and instructions
    • Administer all products and general office administration
    • Coordinate prospect projects
    • Research product information
    • Intermediary Services
    • Assistant clients on polices and procedures
    • Maintain the CRM system

    Minimum requirements:

    Insure Adviser Assistant | George

    Job description:

    To provide administrative assistance to the Short-term Adviser. The focus of the role is to provide quality service and maximise customer retention and referral, in line with the Practice Service model and Procedures. The role needs excellent client relationship management and office administrative skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Reception of clients and incoming calls for 4 advisers
    • Liaising with clients
    • Preparing quotations for new and existing clients
    • Preparing new policies, renewals and endorsements
    • Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
    • Recording details and information on the relevant systems
    • Electronic filing / scanning and updating of client information for compliance purposes

    Minimum requirements:

    • Matric
    • Short-term insurance administration experience is an advantage (But not required)
    • Proficient in both Afrikaans and English
    • Computer literacy (MS Office)

    • Good communication skills (Face-to-face and Telephonic)
    • Highly client focused with strong interpersonal relationship skills
