Job Description    

• RCL FOODS is on the hunt for an experienced Fixed Asset Clerk to join our dynamic Fixed Asset team, based at our Westville head office in Durban. This role will report to the Fixed Asset Controller. 
• RCL FOODS entrusts the successful incumbent will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate asset records, facilitating verification procedures, and assisting with reporting and data management and  ensure accurate data processing and financial records.

Minimum Requirements    

• Finance or Accounting Degree/ Diploma
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fixed assets or similar role
• Relevant SAP experience

Duties & Responsibilities    

Fixed Asset Management

• Process and capture investment order details for approval by the Fixed Asset Accountant.
• Record and capitalize completed projects/assets once verified and authorized.
• Update records for retired assets due to sale or redundancy, ensuring proper documentation.
• Process intra-company asset transfers based on authorized paperwork.

Asset Verification & Reporting

• Generate and distribute fixed asset reports for physical verification by operational teams.
• Collect and verify signed documentation from various departments confirming asset records.
• Assist in updating asset records based on findings from physical verification exercises.
• Support the Fixed Asset Accountant in compiling data for reports.

Data Entry and Administration

• Accurately input assert details into Syspro, ensuring reliable information for analysis and report
• Maintain organized and secure filing of asset-related records.
• Prepare ad hoc spreadsheets and asset-related analysis as needed.
• Solve simple and moderately complex operational and SAP workflow problem within the ambit of responsibility

Team Collaboration & Accountability

Job Description    

• RCL FOODS is on the hunt for an experienced Admin Clerk (Creditors) FTC to join our dynamic Accounts Payable team, based at our Westville head office in Durban.
• The successful incumbent will be responsible for administering the records of every supplier (vendor) that enters into a transaction with the Group.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric with mathematics and accountancy. 
• 1 years creditors experience preferable or similar experience within a financial department
• Relevant SAP experience

Duties & Responsibilities    
Creditor Administration

• Match invoices with SAP receipts in GR/IR account.
• Check invoices ensuring compliance with VAT legislation.
• Capture invoices onto the SAP system.
• Reconcile supplier quantity and price charges and allocate them to the correct contract and reflect the correct payment terms.
• Refer any differences between supplier statements, invoices and Group receipts and/or purchase orders to the relevant Creditors Clerk for investigation.
• Collate supplier invoices and supplier statements.
• Distribute remittance advices to suppliers after payment runs.
• Batch and file payment documentation.
• Assist with investigating and resolving queries from RPA BOT on invoices that have been flagged.

• Accurately and regularly capture data into the information system to enable access to reliable data and reporting for trend analysis and decision making.

Job Description    

• RCL Foods  is currently looking for a qualified and experienced Diesel Mechanic who will be based at our Operating Site in Pietemaritzburg (internal circulation within the Sunshine group ). The position will report to the Transport Manager.

Purpose of the position:

• To carry out maintenance & preventive service in accordance to the maintenance schedule plan and breakdowns and attend to afterhours breakdowns on local delivery fleet and forklifts.
