    Senior Manager ER Mining

    Purpose of Job

    • Be accountable to provide necessary support to the management of Employee Relations services and processes in various portfolios (small, big, less or more complex), in compliance with group and regional minimum standards, leveraging HR expert services and transactional services in the region, in order to drive the business agenda, service the business requirements into integrated people solutions, value generation and reduce business risks.

    Key Accountabilities

    Overseeing the Employee Relations’ landscape across the assigned OME/s of responsibility i.e., -

    • Ensure sound labour relations as well as labour peace and stability (promote democratic workplace; eliminate culture of unjustified preferential treatment and selective discipline; promote culture of consistent application of rules; encourage adherence to agreements and policy framework – each side keeping their end of the stick etc.)
    • Promote joint problem-solving culture and values driven relations.
    • Guide the processes such as disciplinary; grievances; redundancies; work incapacity; transfer of businesses as going concern; industrial actions etc.
    • Ensure effective and functional Partnership Forums.

    Formal Education

    • LLB (University Bachelor's Degree in Law) or equivalent qualification.

    Working Experience

    • Must have practised labour / employment law for 6 to 12 years with overall experience in a Legal field of not less than 12 years.
    • Must have deep understanding of South African Labour Law and Mining specific legislation.
    • Must have a good understanding of Labour Dispute Resolution processes in South Africa
    • Must have the ability to apply and interpret all labour and employment related pieces of legislation in the Mining space

    Bakery Trainer

    Purpose of Job

    • The role is responsible for training, coaching and developing site staff to ensure compliance with recommended retail food offerings, operational procedures, adhering to food safety standards, and customer service standards. This includes delivering theoretical and practical training to site teams on menu preparation, equipment operation, food production processes, hygiene practices, stock control and overall kitchen operations. The incumbent will support franchisees and site teams in delivering a consistent, high-quality food offering that improves operational efficiency, enhances customer experience and supports retail sales growth.

    Key Accountabilities

    Purpose of Job

    • Monitor and manage inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely completion of warehouse orders and adherence to FIFO stock rotation principles.

    Inventory Control Supervisor

    Purpose of Job

    • Implement the company’s approved inventory management methodology for Stock‑on‑Consignment within Sasol’s Retail business. Ensure maximum site uptime by proactively monitoring stock levels through the ATG system, while optimizing inventory investment and mitigating business risks. Investigate and report all stock variances (theoretical vs. physical), providing clear and accurate root‑cause documentation in full compliance with SOX control requirements. Prepare, maintain, and analyse inventory reconciliation reports, including mass balance, strictly adhering to SOX control standards. Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring effective performance and alignment with inventory management objectives.

    Key Accountabilities

    • To consolidate requirements and provide shared services to ensure uninterrupted stock replenishment.  
    • KPI tracking, management reporting and monthly reconciliation.
    • Adhere to Hub inventory policies, procedures and standards.
