    Business Planning Analyst, D1, HO091/25GS

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Interpolate the impact of the strategic business plan as well as the marketing plan and ensure the required impacts are analysed and responded to in line with the assigned operations plans
    • Interface with operational business units and functional leads on project work, Resource and Development Plans and Life of Mine (LoM) Plans and give inputs into the Seriti Group Summary model, working closely with finance for the preparation and running of operational cost models through cost accounting methods and models
    • Integration of the short-term plan for each of the mines and how they compare to one another e.g., this role will perform the analysis of the various costs and product impacts and thereafter suggest amendments to the plan for value optimization
    • Assist in developing long term plans for each operation incorporating mine and processing, functional and infrastructure plans
    • Conducting business evaluation advice that follow the business internal policy, standards, and practices
    • Analyse the monthly spend against the approved capital plan for the assigned operations, identifying trends, investigate variances and identifying and clearly articulate risks and opportunities
    • Responsible to review and collate all capital inputs in terms of the planning cycles for assigned area of responsibility and submit for group consideration
    • Performs adhoc scenario modelling to test equipment purchases, closures of operations, up or down scaling of the specific operation
    • Support to marketing in terms of scenario testing of different product option
    • Participates in the development of closure plans or the operations both LoM & Mine provisions
    • Produces closure planning inputs in terms of cost modelling of rehabilitation activities
    • Prepare presentation materials and reports in support of Planning Cycle requirements, Investment Cases, Capital Plan & Business Plan

    Requirements:

    • Degree or National Diploma in Business / Commerce / Finance / Engineering
    • A minimum of 3 years Mining or Manufacturing Industry experience of which 1 year should be in a supervisory position
    • Sound knowledge of applicable Finance policies and procedures
    • Thorough understanding of all Legislation regulating and procedures
    • Strong customer service orientation with ability to engage and influence a broad customer base
    • Relevant influencing, networking, planning, organising, and problem-solving skills

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Responsible for the preparation of Management Reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Responsible for managing the forecasts and budgets for the mine functions.

    Senior Technical Expeditor, D1, NDC085/25GS

    Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    • Is responsible for ensure that suppliers comply with contractual agreements for repairing of items through taking part in the annual review of contracts as well as arranging the development of new contracts by Supply Chain and attending the yearly contractor meetings
    • They must also ensure that end users comply to repair contracts by making use of contracted and approved repairers
    • This role is accountable for the processes required to achieve effective repairable item tracing within the ERP
    • The role will also be responsible to monitor and maintain equipment and components under repair, ensuring the turn-around time, quality and cost is acceptable while providing communication to the end user
    • The role is responsible for expediting of all repair components on the operations using mechanical and electrical technical expertise
    • The role supervises the Technical Expeditors

    Requirements:

    • National N4 Certificate and recognised Trade Test in the relevant discipline or National Diploma or Engineering Degree
    • Safety and Risk Management Courses
    • Minimum of 4 years trade experience coupled with 3 years’ experience as a Foreman or Maintenance Planner or Technical Expeditor in the Coal Mining industry
    • Extensive experience in the maintenance of opencast and underground mining machinery

    Senior Legal Advisor - JHB

    Key responsibilities include:

    Corporate & Transactional

    • Lead and negotiate complex corporate and financing transactions, including project finance, M&A, joint ventures, and shareholder arrangements.
    • Draft, review, and manage transaction documentation, including SPV structures, PPAs, financing agreements, and security packages.
    • Oversight of the EPC, and O&M documents and process.
    • Provide legal input into deal structuring, risk allocation, and transaction strategy.
    • Advise on corporate governance matters and board-related requirements.

    Project Development & Finance

    • Support the development and financing of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, storage, and hybrid).

    Finance Manager - JHB

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Management and Compliance:

    • Lead and oversee all statutory financial accounting processes, policies, and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
    • Drive the governance and risk management framework to ensure sound corporate governance practices.
    • Regularly review, strengthen and enforce the internal control environment, financial systems, and business processes for compliance, risk mitigation and efficiency.

    Performance Management and Reporting:

    • Foster and maintain strategic relationships with critical banking partners, equity providers, suppliers, clients, and other external partners.
    • Actively contribute to the strategic direction of the business as a key member of the executive team.

    Role Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • B Com Degree (Hons.) in Accounting (NQF Level 7) or an equivalent degree with training in Accounting and Financial Management.
    • Registered Chartered Accountant (CA)SA preferred.
    • Risk Management and Compliance certifications would be advantageous.
    • Valid Driver’s License and Certificate of Fitness (COF).

    Experience:

    • Extensive senior-level experience in financial and technical management, including financial control, taxation, treasury, and insurance.
    • Proven expertise in enterprise risk management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Contract Drafting & Negotiation Support

    • Assist with negotiations and drafting of energy offtake agreements (e.g., PPAs), heads of terms, and related commercial contracts.
    • Review and amend EPC, O&M, and financing agreements.
    • Prepare tailored internal policy documents and governance frameworks.

    Education & Experience
