    Accounts Receivable Manager

    Your responsibilities will include: 

    • Continuous improvement of processes within the department 
    • Implementing debt collection policies and regulations of the company 
    • Handling daily management processes to track the cash collection throughout the month with clear notes. 
    • Monitor and review customer accounts 
    • Automation and Implementation of invoicing tools 
    • Process intercompany recharges 
    • Assistance during the Interim and Annual Audit process 
    • Assist during the budget process

    Mr D - Paid Media Manager

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Manage, Run, Optimise and Report back on Paid Advertising channels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the internal and external stakeholders, these include but are not limited to:
    • SEM (Google Search & Google Shopping) Display & Video 360 (Acquisition & Remarketing) 
    • App Install & App Engagement (Acquisition & Retention) Video (YouTube) 
    • Managing paid advertising budgets optimally to achieve business 
    • KPI’s Assist business departments with paid advertising requirements, reporting, analysis and strategies
    • Help other business departments understand and how best to implement their digital advertising requests.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing or equivalent or Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science
    • 2 - 4 years’ experience in a paid advertising role 
    • 1+ years proven success managing user acquisition channels for mobile apps

    Returns Supervisor (Outbound)

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Operational Duties

    • Ensure that daily production is met with the daily SLA – no carry over allowed.
    • Ensure that pre-picks are completed for bookings
    • Ensure that QC is completed daily
    • Request outstanding stock from Main DC for booked collections
    • Ensure 100% hand over success rate is achieved
    • Ensure that stock is shipped and handed over correctly
    • Ensure that failed handover are rectified and sent via DPD to merchant
    • Ensure RTM disposals are managed
    • Ensure that all staff comply with SOP’s..
    • Understand deviations and provide solutions to deviations
    • Complete and report on all KPI measures and provide reasons for deviations.
    • Ensure that all equipment under your control is used correctly and stowed away safely.
    • Capture and calculate overtime accurately and ensure submission deadlines are met without error.
    • Ensure that the attendance register/biometric data is accurate and to resolve any queries.
    • Assist staff with administrative and operational requests.
    • Manage PPE and stationary requirements effectively.
    • Ensure that all staff are using the correct PPE for the task being performed.
    • Ensure that operational areas are kept clean.

    Cost Management

    • Control of expenditure and flexing of costs in line with volume fluctuations of failed handovers.
    • Manage daily staff and overtime efficiently to ensure labour costs are controlled..
    • Ensure that all procurement is done in a controlled and managed way.

    Reporting & Admin

    • Extract’s data and generates reports which will assist in performance tracking and decision making.
    • All administrative documentation is labeled and filed as per procedures.
    • All daily, weekly and monthly reports/ meeting minutes are up to date.

    People Management

    • Train and supervise employees to carry out the functions under their control.
    • Ensure that all staff are at work and attendance is 100%.
    • All overtime and acting allowance must be approved before work is done.
    • Measure and manage staff through formal staff appraisals, development, coaching and disciplinary procedures.
    • Assert and drive accountability in all levels of staff.

    SHE, Risk, Quality & 5S Duties

    • Ensure 5S standards are maintained.
    • Conduct daily and weekly 5S audits.
    • Identify, correct deviations.
    • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained and issues reported timeously.
    • Align with the Quality Management System and help to continually improve processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Matric/Grade 12 or equal qualification
    • Tertiary qualification advantageous
    • Have proven relevant experience in receiving, picking, packing, evaluation, put-away and inventory management (in applicable departments within the DC).
    • 4-5 years warehouse experience
    • 2 years supervisory experience/exposure would be advantageous

    Mr D - Partner Account Associate

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in identifying and prioritising suitable Restaurant Partners for the Mr D platform
    • Assist in creating as well as maintaining a robust sales pipeline
    • Assist the Sales Area Leads with the restaurants sign-up process
    • Operate as the lead point of contact for restaurant partners in the assigned areas while reporting in to the Sales Area Leads 
    • Work with Sales Area Leads to strengthen relationships with restaurant partners and monitor their business and store performance
    • Ensure timeous and effective solutions and feedback to restaurant partners
    • Assist with all device-related queries from restaurant partners
    • Assist with delivery of marketing material to various restaurants when required

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Manage and ensure that Inventory is well organised and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business
    • Implement improvement processes and maintain policies and procedures and systems to minimise costs and maximize working capital
    • Ensuring all work areas are clean and tidy and safe for staff to work in (housekeeping)
    • Manage and implement the Company Policies & Procedures within the Inventory department and ensure that they is strictly adhered to
    • Manage stock takes, cycle counts, replenishments
    • Ensure stock accuracy and pick able locations
    • Control Pick fails & stock investigations
    • Supervise stock movements
    • Daily deal stock management
    • Drive process improvement through data driven decisions
    • Manage and implement inventory management strategies
    • Optimize the customer experience by ensuring the right product quantities, in the right places, at the right time
    • Perform audits of inventory management-related tools and systems ensuring settings are correct and optimized. Automate whenever possible
    • Take ownership of all aspects of inventory reporting for the company: develop the inventory planning model, plan product transitions and inventory exposure
    • Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the inventory processes are controlled
    • Effective leadership and direction for the operations team through involvement and communication to deliver on the relevant key business drivers
    • Measure and manage staff  through formal staff appraisals, development, coaching and disciplinary procedures
    • Conform to all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards and legislation as set out by the business and the OHS Act

    Qualifications:

    • Degree within Supply Chain or similar
    • Relevant Inventory qualification
    • 5 -10 years previous experience the Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Distribution environment.
    • 2+ years in a management role would be advantageous
