    Promotions Consultant - Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieving Regional Promotions Plan across channels, segments and territories.
    • Implement number of promotional activities requested by reps and approved by management within territory according to brand image.
    • Achieved promotional targets as per sales plan.
    • Effective Management of Promotional Equipment.
    • Controlling, implementing and distributing all infrastructure to Promotions/events.
    • Managing and Maintenance of all internal promotional infrastructures.
    • Source and collect merchandise and setting up and breaking down promotions timeously.
    • Booking back merchandising items used during promotions.
    • Providing timeous feedback to team on areas for improvement on efficiencies, competition activities or any burning issue requiring quick solutions and attention.
    • Stay abreast with Promotional trends & propose to internal stakeholders creative and new promotional concepts.
    • Foster strong relationship with internal and external work partners.

    Job Requirements:

    • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Sales / Events or related qualification
    • Minimum of 1 year Sales/Marketing/ Events experience

    FinTech Product Owner

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Lead the development and implementation of eazle Pay, our suite of best-in-class FinTech services covering both payment and credit
    • Continuously research to understand key Customer pain points to optimize our FinTech services and drive customer value creation
    • Design and implement new processes and ways of working across internal and external stakeholders to successfully implement fintech services
    • Work with external stakeholders (technology vendors,FinTech partners, etc.) to guarantee an optimal customer experience

    Merchandising Controller - Greenpark (Epping)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that effective stock control procedures are in place and adhered to. 
    • Perform regular cycle counts. 
    • Conduct monthly stock takes and ensure that the correct procedures are adhered to. 
    • Adhere to good housekeeping practices.  
    • Ensure that the warehouse is properly maintained. 
    • Manage slow moving/redundant stock effectively. 
    • Inform sales or marketing team of slow moving/redundant stock, weekly.
    • Ensure that a high level of customer (External/internal) service is offered. 
    • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and efficiently. 
    • Reduce write- offs and losses to a minimum.

    • A relevant certificate/ Diploma in Logistics, Distribution or Supply Chain will be an advantage.
    • 3-5 years Warehouse management experience

    • Computer literacy, SAP, Microsoft Office
