    Qualifications

    Experience

    People Accountant

    About the role    

    • The purpose of a People Accountant is to provide financial expertise and support to the People function by managing employee-related financial processes, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and Total Cost of Employment (TCE) analysis.
    • The role ensures accurate financial information, alignment of financial policies and processes, compliance with governance requirements, and informed decision-making through collaboration with People, Finance, and other stakeholders.

    What you'll do    

    Employee Centric Delivery 

    • Support and execute the finance function for the People function and ensuring that finance activities are executed in line with policies and procedures.

    • Managing the accurate and timeous delivery of management report inputs. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactional information as required and ensuring compliant data storage and accessibility for future reference: reporting, customer request, audit etc.
