    SATIC - SAP Fiori Developer

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define and gather business requirements. 
    • Application Development: Lead the design and development of SAPUI5 applications based on Fiori design principles. 

    Architecture & Integration

    • Configure and fine-tune SAP Fiori Launchpad. 
    • Ensure seamless integration with SAP back-end systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, ECC). 

    Technical Leadership

    • Provide mentorship and quality oversight on development standards. 
    • Guide junior developers in technical design and code reviews. 

    Documentation & Standards

    • Produce and review technical specifications, guidelines, and user manuals. 
    • Ensure conformance with PwC and industry best practices. 

    Problem Solving

    • Diagnose and resolve issues related to performance and UI functionality.

    Qualifications & Certifications

    • SAP Certification in Fiori or UI5 development (highly preferred). 
    • Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum practices is advantageous. 

    Experience Required 

    • 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 development. 
    • Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC environments. 
    • Deep understanding of frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript). 
    • Experience leading project teams and collaborating in cross-functional setups. 
    • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and mentoring capabilities.

    Financial Services Strategy and Payments Transformation

    Qualifications / Certifications required: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (required) 
    • Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, CA, or equivalent) and professional certifications (e.g., PASA Academy, PMP, Six Sigma, Agile) are advantageous

    SAP Technical Lead

    Qualifications / Certifications required: 

    • Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement 
    • 8+ years of technical solution specialist experience; consulting experience beneficial 
    • A thorough understanding of the full software development lifecycle is required.
    • Cloud experience recommended 
    • SAP Certification, preferably SAP BTP 
    • Understanding of roles and responsibilities between customer, partner and SAP in Cloud projects 
    • Experience in Agile delivery in SAP projects.

    Experience required: 

    • More than 8 years of SAP implementation and/or technical design experience 
    • Ability to identify and challenge solution scenarios by taking the business environment into account 
    • Provide input on the SAP platform and tools 
    • Execute the agreed solution landscape 
    • Experience and extensive knowledge of SAP systems, including SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform and the required architecture and infrastructure to support them

    Responsibilities of role: 

    • Provide technical leadership for development teams, and define the standards and practices to adhere to 
    • Manage technical architecture analysis, design, build, test and deployment for the 
    • Development architecture 
    • Execution architecture - technical strategy for printing, faxing, batch scheduling etc. 
    • Operations architecture – backup and recovery, disaster recovery, high availability etc. and 
    • Infrastructure architecture – Sizing, virtualisation, desktops, networks etc 
    • Define, manage and assign system administration activities and procedures for the development, quality assurance, test and training systems and assigns ownership of administration activities 
    • Develop the required policies and procedures to govern the development, quality assurance, testing and training environments 
    • Create, estimate and plan all work effort relating to SAP Basis activities and technical architecture components 
    • Work with the Data Management lead to define the data migration strategy for the programme 
    • Define and manage the sizing of the SAP solution and manage the process with the hardware provider / hosting provider 
    • Advise on the technical approach for all systems integrating to SAP 
    • Manage 3rd party dependencies related to the SAP environment 
    • Plan and manage the SAP systems maintenance schedule 
    • Participate in the planning and testing of the DR 
    • Manage all SAP technical changes 
    • Ensure the implementation, upgrade and support of the latest SAP system versions, where relevant 
    • Ensure that technical deliverables are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints 
    • Ensure that developed technical solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business 
    • Manage the day-to-day operation of the technical team, ensuring appropriate distribution of activities to the team members and alignment on expected deliverables and due dates

    IT Support Agent

    Key Responsibilities: 

    Technical Support & Incident Management 

    • Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, chat, and in-person. 
    • Log, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests using the ITSM system. 
    • Deliver desk-side and Tech Lounge support including hardware setup, repairs, printing, AV, and video conferencing.

    • Experience with call logging systems and ITSM tools. 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.

    Desirable: 

    • Service Desk Foundation certification.
