We are at the beginning of our recycling journey in Africa and are looking for a Production Manager to be part of our growing team at our new plant in Ballito. As Production Manager you will develop our production structures and processes to start-up our recycling facility and increase our efficiency. You ensure that the reycling line is running safely, smoothly, and producing high quality rPET material.
- Lead production team activities including production planning based on customer orders
- Oversee daily recycling production with the aim to ensure timely delivery and efficient operation
- Cooperate with the Quality department to ensure quality compliant production
- Cooperate with Maintenance department for short-term break-down maintainance and long-term preventive maintenance planning
- Cooperate with Warehouse department on PET-bottle bale and finished goods management
