• You Animate Supplier's delivery performances & risk management.
• You Conduct the Capacity and the SC Capability audits for Suppliers.
• You collaborate with Material Planning and Procurement for supplier selection, escalation and delivery improvements

MISSION

• Animate Supplier Delivery Performance
• Monitor and eliminate non-OTIF impact (late and early deliveries) in close collaboration with Material Planning
• Lead and create the OTIF improvement plan in collaboration with Material Planning
• Contribute to Supplier delivery risks assessment & management
• Manage delivery crisis (mono-Site and multi-Sites when leading)
• Evaluate ad-hoc Supplier Capacity and Supply Chain Capability
• Ensure Material Planner SDPM skills development (training/coaching)

MAIN TASKS

PREDICTIVE MODE (NEW CONTRACT OR NEWCOMER)

• Drive Light Supply Chain Audit (LSCA) and Capacity Assessment (CA) when required
• Drive Full Supply Chain Audit (FSCA) when required
• Participate and Contribute in Supplier Development and Supplier Performance initiatives from procurement

EXECUTION MODE: WITH MATERIAL PLANNING TEAM

• Animate Delivery performance with main stakeholders
• Perform on targeted Supplier’s root causes analysis to understand non-performance
• If required, drive Capacity and/or Supply Chain Capability assessments
• Define and follow up action plan to improve Supplier Delivery performance in collaboration with Material Planning
• Lead Resident program when required
• Ensure Action Plan report and update for Top Worst Suppliers including Bottom-Up approach
• Prepare and hold OTIF reviews on site, region, or global level, as required
• Collaborate with other SDPM in case of multi-sites or multi-regional impact
• Support activities and involve main stakeholders in case of major delivery issue
• Train and coach Material Planners on different SDPM topics

GENERAL SCOPE

• Participate to APSYS roadmap development and standards deployment
• Respect Alstom EHS policy and targets achievement
• Respect Alstom Ethics & Compliance codes
• Ensure the permanent increase of the SDPM qualification skills (Trainings, Audits etc.)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

MANDATORY:

• Graduated at least from Higher Education in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain.

DESIRABLE:
Supply Chain or Lean Management certification.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:

MANDATORY:

• Experience on Lean Management projects, production, industrialization.
• Fluent English

DESIRABLE:

• Knowledgeable on performing audits
• Supply Chain, Project Management and Quality experience

Purpose of the Job

• Assemble Cars in line with APSYS (Continuous Improvement tool). The position Reports to the relevant EPU Manager.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• To assemble and sub-components of Components to Fitting assembly line on passenger coaches using Standard work procedure in Production Line following SQCD Targets.
• Perform other related responsibilities and carry out 5S responsibilities.
• To ensure that all tooling and equipment is well maintained
• Ensure that all WIS and Safety regulations are well adhered to and immediately report deviations to superior.
• Participate and contribute in all other Production related activities i.e Kaizen and Gemba events.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science or Technical Maths & Science
• N4 to N6 will be an added advantage
• 6 Months experience in Product knowledge.
• Manufacturing Industry relevant experience (Assembly, hand tools, Assembly process, Power Tools
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Assembling of components with good quality
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Physically Fit and able to lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
• Should be technically minded and practical
• Computer skills (Basic)
