    Purpose of the Job

    • Junior Legal Counsel at Aramex provides legal support and guidance on various legal matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks. This role assists the legal team in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, as well as advising on regulatory issues.

    Job Description

    • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.

    Purpose of the Job

    Customer Success Executive

    Job Description
    Implementation & Onboarding

    • Lead and coordinate the full customer implementation process between Sales, CRM, Operations, Customs, IT, and Business Analysts.
    • Attend client onboarding meetings to gather shipment requirements, operational preferences, and commercial terms.
    • Coordinate system integration requirements with IT/BIE teams (e.g., CargoWise workflows, automated alerts).

    Post‑Implementation Monitoring (First 90 Days)

    • Oversee the operational rollout for each new client, ensuring adherence to customer requirements.
    • Identify and resolve operational issues early, escalating where required.
    • Ensure alignment between Operations, Sales, CRM, and Finance on the customer’s operational profile and expectations.

    Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Support

    • Ensure freight is represented appropriately in internal KPI and governance meetings.
    • Support Operations with compliance requirements (e.g., RLA with SARS, Africa export requirements).

    Automation & Quality Assurance

    • Drive implementation of CargoWise alerts and automated workflows to ensure adherence to customer‑specific requirements.
    • Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with SOPs and freight regulations.
    • Monitor and report on process deviations and recommend improvements.

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education
    Education

    • Matric (Grade 12) essential.
    • Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business advantageous.

    Experience

    • Proven freight/logistics industry experience essential.
    • CargoWise experience advantageous.

    Technical Skills

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

    Procurement Leader

    Purpose of the Job

    • To be a team player within the procurement function of Sub-Saharan African region for the assigned stations ensuring policy compliance, driving spend optimization in meeting business and operational needs.

    Job Description

    • Act as procurement focal point for suppliers/end users for the assigned stations across Africa.
    • Execute tenders, negotiate T&Cs and draw comparisons/recommendations.
    • Explore consolidation and saving opportunities for country wise 3rd party addressable spend, develop a localized procurement strategy to support the business
    • Assist the station teams in decision making related to purchasing requirements. Liaise with global support / excellence team as needed in establishing long term contracts and handle subsequent day to day deliveries / performance management issues at station.
    • Prequalify, onboard, manage supplier performance in coordination with Vendor management team and take ownership of Procure to pay cycle for assigned station(s)
    • Establish relationship with key stakeholders, gather requirements, refine specifications, facilitate technical evaluations to obtain best value proposals.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of the Procurement to Pay Cycle
    • Understand the principles of Spend Analysis
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, contracts in establishing and negotiating supplier agreements
    • Ensure adherence with the company procurement policies, systems, and procedures
    • Effective management of contracts and timely renewals through a proper tender plan
    • Drive cost savings and value creation across all spend categories

    Job Requirements - Experience and Education

    • Bachelor’s degree with additional qualification in Procurement such as CIPS or similar

    Senior Credit Executive

    Purpose of the Job

    • The Credit Executive at Aramex is responsible for managing the credit control function within the Accounting and Finance team. This role involves assessing credit risks, managing customer credit accounts, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. The Credit Executive will work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a balanced approach to credit management, minimize financial risk, and contribute to the company’s overall financial health.

    • Monitor unallocated credits
    • Compile monthly reports and as they are requested on deadlines
    • Ensure “Reminder” letters are sent to defaulting customers
    • Ensure all queries are resolved timeously
    • Ensure all accounts are maintained according to their payment terms / Credit reviews
    • Ensure all payments are allocated accurately on customer accounts
    • Ensure all credit control procedures are followed and targets are met
    • Adhere to all policies and documented procedures
    • Update Customer Information on Sales Force and SAP
    • Monthly reporting: Overdue, Commitments, Daily targets vs achieved

    • BCom degree or similar qualification will be beneficial
