Essential Job Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• A valid Drivers License
• At least 18 months of call centre experience
• A good command of the English Language (preferably first or second language)
• Must be able to handle local and international clients (excellent telephone etiquette)
• Must be able to handle conflict and be a good problem solver
• Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Must be accustomed to working overnight

REQUIREMENTS ARE:

• Matric Certificate
• A valid Code A Drivers License (for motorcycles with an engine size exceeding 125 cc)
• 3 years of experience driving for a motor dealership (non-negotiable)
• Excellent communication skills; Good command of the English Language (MUST BE first or second Language)
• Excellent administrative skills
• A clear and clean driving record (proof may be requested)
• Advanced Driving Skills are advantageous
• Contactable references
