    Key Account Manager

    Main Responsibilities

    • Contributing to the development and application of the sales strategy and plans which contribute to the overall business objectives.
    • Managing and controlling all aspects of customer relationship management.
    • Obtaining new business and the effective management of the portfolio’s top clients.
    • Maintaining sound relationships with existing clients and fostering the development of new clients
    • Fostering and maintaining relationships with the professional sector and endorsing the development of specifications
    • Managing & controlling the progress of sales enquiries through to a successful sale.
    • Providing assistance to finance department in respect of collections and communicating and assistance in resolving customer complaints
    • Ensuring the collections of cash sales in full (cleared in bank) prior to manufacture & release of goods.
    • Developing, gathering and sharing of market intelligence with all stakeholders.
    • Effective use of SAP and attending to the assimilation of required reporting
    • Attendance in and participation of stock takes, conference attendance and training sessions
    • Inspections of construction sites prior to mobile mill rolling’s and steel laying foundations (where applicable)

    Qualifications required:

    • Minimum academic qualification: National Diploma in Sales
    • Qualifications as an added advantage: Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.

    Experience required:

    • General work experience (years): 05 years in sales, account management, or a related field
    • Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 03-05 years in a Key Account Management or Sales role, preferably within the manufacturing / steel / construction industry
    • Industry: Steel manufacturing, building materials, or construction industry

    Operator (Roll Forming)

    Main Responsibilities

    • Read and interpret work orders, job cards, drawings, and machine programs to ensure accurate production
    • Set up, adjust, and operate machinery according to specifications and standard procedures
    • Perform tooling changes and machine settings to meet required dimensions and profiles
    • Verify raw materials (e.g., size, type, thickness, colour) before and during production
    • Conduct quality checks during production and report any deviations immediately
    • Monitor product quality and ensure finished goods are free from defects or damage
    • Complete production documentation accurately and maintain proper records
    • Maintain housekeeping standards and comply with safety regulations, including proper use of PPE

    Qualifications required:

    • Minimum academic qualification: Matric (Math's and Physical Science)
    • Qualifications as an added advantage: Technical qualification, Experience or certification in roll forming or similar machinery will be beneficial.

    Experience required:

    • General work experience (years): 02-03 years in a manufacturing or production environment
    • Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): 01-02 years' operating roll forming or similar production machinery, with basic machine setup and adjustment skills

    Sales Officer- Matatiele

    Main Responsibilities

    • Support the Store Manager in driving customer sales and delivering excellent customer service.
    • Proactively identify and engage potential customers to generate new business opportunities (e.g., canvassing and activations).
    • Ensure correct wrapping, stacking, and packing of finished goods in accordance with company standards and customer requirements.
    • Monitor product quality and promptly report any defects or concerns to the Store Manager.
    • Participate in stocktaking activities and attend training sessions as required.
    • Continuously review and improve personal sales performance against set targets.
    • Maintain accurate pricing across all displays, ensuring products are clearly labelled with price points, shelf labels, and price talkers.
    • Assist with general housekeeping duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the store.
    • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, contributing to a safe environment for both customers and employees.
    • Wear the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times and maintain a professional appearance.
    • Uphold company standards relating to quality, service, and productivity.
    • Carry out any additional duties as assigned by management from time to time.

    Qualifications required:

    • Minimum academic qualification: Matric, Certificate in Sales, Customer Service, or Retail Management
    • Qualifications as an added advantage: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

    Experience required:

    • General work experience (years): 01–02 years of sales or customer service
    • Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): Experience supporting sales operations, customer service, order processing, quotation preparation, stock coordination and administrative support within a sales environment.
    • Industry: Construction (Building Materials) – Roofing and Steel Products Retail/Distribution
