    IT Field Services Lead

    The IT Field Services is responsible for IS/IT support and oversight thereof for all BV locations in South Africa or as required.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • SCCM / Microsoft Intune
    • LAN/WAN (understanding of VLAN's) Wireless networking
    • MCP/MCSE MCSA A+ N+
    • 2 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role as listed below

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Manage the process for helpdesk and on-site client support

    Pharmaceutical Lab Supervisor

    • M&L Laboratory services is looking for a Laboratory Supervisor for the Pharmaceutical depart. This position is based in Ormonde, Johannesburg South and reporting to the Pharmaceutical Business Lead.

    Minimum Requirements and Skills

    • A degree or Diploma in Analytical Chemistry.

    Main Responsibilities:

    ISMS AUDITOR (Information Security Management Systems)

    Organise, or participate in organisation of the audit:

    • Carry out review of documentation
    • Logistic preparations for the audit
    • Obtain client approval for the audit programme
    • Identify and plan the necessary resources for the audit

    Carry out audit by:

    Training Business Developer

    Main Purpose of the Job

    • The main purpose and goal will be to grow the revenue in the certification and training division by running training courses, either virtual, in house or public and by cross selling while adhering and managing all tasks related to this.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve a minimum of R450 000 in training and certification sales per month
    • Respond to client request within 24 hours for training and revert with a solution within 48 hours
    • Search for Tenders and submit tenders for training/certification and support in the submission of tenders
    • Prepare training calendar, Check with planning and assign a Tutor.
    • Check and assist in preparing all training material, arrange training venue.
    • Ensure training has been loaded on TRDB
    • Follow up on training payment, Ensure Training Tracker is ALWAYS Updated, Manage the Printing of training Certificates once payment received
    • Submit 18 Proposals Per Month
    • Manage the Defects Pack
    • Report weekly to the Sales Manager about revenue, potential training, obstacles
    • Cold calling and reporting: Reports should be kept and submitted to the SM to monitor performance.

    • BUT at least one Lead Auditor Class
    • Work on developing and running new courses
    • Assist in promoting the RYB scheme to all BV and external clients

    HR Officer - Johannesburg

    Introduction

    • Bureau Veritas is recruiting a HR Officer based in Morningside to provide HR support and administer general HR functions to the Operations.

    Minimum Requirements and Skills

    • A Diploma in HR or related
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience working experience. Operational experience in the HR/IR environment highly desirable.
    • Experience in working in a, cross-cultural environment, highly preferred.

    Job Specification

    • Recruitment · Communicate recruitment process from posting of vacancy to placement of candidate. · Provide administrative assistance with the recruitment process, setting up interviews for hiring manager and coordinating with head office HR. Send out CV’s to interviewers, along with interview questions. Sit in on interviews, to capture interview notes. Distribute notes to all interviews and follow up in terms of next steps in process etc. · Assist with the drafting of offer letters and presenting these to the hiring manager.

    • HR Admin & HR Systems · Review all employee personnel files, conducting file audits, identifying missing information, requesting required documents, updating details. · Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are kept up-to-date and communicated to employees and managers. · Update the HR communication board with all necessary updates/information.
    • HR query handling · Handle all HR admin queries relating to employee personnel details, general policy details, payroll queries etc. · Communicate and investigate payroll queries to head office Payroll function and provide feedback to employees. · Screen HR questions and provide feedback, after engagement with head office HR.
    • Terminations · Ensure that all employees are terminated correctly, using the Exit checklist. · Set up exit interviews with employees.
    • Hand over the termination packs to Payroll for processing.
    • Other duties · Assist line managers in communicating key HR and operational messages to employees. · Maintain the notice boards, updating the information regularly. · Work with line managers and HR and IR Managers in addressing workplace issues and communication with employees. · Attend and participate in HR meetings and other meetings, as required. · Contribute to monthly and quarterly HR reports for HO reporting
