• Warehouse Process Controls and Housekeeping
• Continuous improvements to ensure customer satisfaction
• Quality of stacking

Minimum qualifications & experience:

• Graphic design qualification
• Computer skills are essential (Outlook, excel, word)
• Photoshop experience would be an advantage
• Previous process controlling experience is highly recommended

Key responsibilities/Core functions:

• Production change over, mini-run planning and creating new designs
• Match products to the masters & ensure three products readiness and redeveloping products
• Ensure process controls on glazing lines are adhered to and availability of raw materials required for line set-up and production changes
• Perform line set-up for both mini-runs and production changes
• Standby line inspection to identify hazards, line and equipment to standard availability and potential equipment failure.
• Training of Process Controllers.
• Costs, defects, and downtime analysis and take corrective measures
• Continuous improvement relating to production changes and production for better yields
