    Specialist Cost & Accounting

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Finance and Management Accounting Duties:

    • Assist with forecast and budgeting as per company guidelines.
    • Timeous preparation of factory performance and monthly management accounts including analysis/commentary.
    • Ensure completeness of month end journals.
    • Monthly processing and reconciliation of salary and wages.
    • Review and approval of payment, together with accurate capturing of invoices in the accounting system, ensuring IFRS and tax compliance.
    • Balance the intercompany account.
    • Completion of balance sheet reconciliations and analysis of reconciling items.
    • Participation in internal & external auditing activities.
    • Prepare monthly product cost analysis and detailed stock analysis.
    • Analyze variances in material usage and Labour usage and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
    • Assist with running of material ledger closing.
    • Project related work that may arise within the Finance team.

     MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS

    • Tertiary qualification in accounting
    • Minimum of 3 years cost and management experience
    • Advanced MS Excel is essential
    • Manufacturing experience non-negotiable
    • Analytical problem solver

    • Ability to perform under pressure
    • Working on SAP is a minimum requirement

    Quality Assurance Shift Leader

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Staff management (movements/Absenteeism control/Disciplinary actions etc.)
    • Injection Moulding quality control
    • Manage SCR by implementing Quality control gates
    • Fall off Control
    • Support Qlive and automation roll out
    • Raising of CAPA’s and OPL’s
    • Attending daily Audit (Product/warehouse)
    • Daily Quality performance feedback.
    • Staff management (movements/Absenteeism control/Disciplinary actions etc.)
    • All reference samples updated and available at point of use (Verified and approved by metrology)
    • Internal ISIR process roll out
    • All check sheets signed by both QC & Setter (Verified by Supervisor and Superintendent)
    • Ensure all incoming steel inspected and with relevant information (COC)
    • Support Qlive and automation roll out
    • Ensure Durban Black Smith parts inspected
    • Ensure DQT cards filled in correctly by Team
    • Communicate with suppliers for non – conformances
    • Cut samples should be sent with each coil
    • Ensure process flows are followed.
    • Raising of CAPA’s and OPL’s
    • Attending daily Audit (Product/warehouse)
    • Daily Quality performance feedback.
    • Ensure daily verification test are done
    • Generate and update SOP and OPL’s
    • Manage and improve Primary lab and procedure to mitigate risk.
    • All process / Furnace checks completed daily
    • Drop / adhesion test carried out at the start of shift (Documented)
    • Enamel Powder Testing carried out EG. particle size and Gloss
    • Enamel hourly Thickness done (Elcometer)
    • Ensure all test Equipment are working E.g. Data Logger
    • Review and report on scrap.
    • All Checks done and documented
    • Review and document fall off from assembly
    • All Lab Equipment working
    • Review and report on fall off.
    • Ensure all checks are done – furnace Temp / drop test / Enamel Thickness (Documented)
    • Review and report fall off and scrap
    • Preventive maintenance on Data Logger .Ensure all checks completed
    • Creating and updating OPL’s .
    • The employee is not limited to only perform the tasks listed, additional task will be assigned by the Line manger that will need to be attended to at request based on priority.

    • BTech Quality Management/BTech Production Management/QA, QC Experience/BTech, BSc Mechanical Engineering

    Manager : National Revenue Growth

    The main purpose of the role is for designing and implementing revenue growth management (RGM) solutions. Support the sales team and management in creating transparency on customer level profitability and trade investment evolution. Bring visibility, transparency, and analytical rigor to pricing and promotion decisions.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive profitable growth strategies by assessing, recommending, and activating pricing, promotion, assortment, and distribution opportunities.
    • Active contribution to the (price-related) promotion strategy and ensure value impact is achieved.
    • Develop and integrate consumer and shopper insights foundations (e.g., elasticities) into RGM process and tools, and ensure the RGM organization has a consistent approach that is refreshed appropriately
    • Provide business and competitors' analysis to continuously identify and capture market value opportunities under complex business context and support the decision-making process.
    • Facilitate identification of value chain opportunities for leveraging revenue growth.
    • Proactively monitor and assess the market, competition, channels, customers, and packages to identify specific pricing and promotion opportunities.
    • Conduct post-event analysis on pricing and promotion activity to learn and feed into future strategies and plans

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or another analytical discipline.
    • 3-5 years of experience with demonstrated success in turning insights into actionable recommendations in the areas of price/promo and mix analytics.

    Manager - National B2B Sales

    The main purpose of the role is to network and to open new doors as well as ensure the growth of new business within existing accounts through excellent engagement across all of the regions in the B2B Channel. This will include managing a B2B team in all different regions.

     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Building and managing client relationships
    • Identify partnership opportunities for the B2B channel in South Africa
    • Create solutions, negotiate contract, and close clients
    • Achievement of sales revenue and profit budgets
    • Product forecasts and inventory production schedule – B2B
    • Initiate, plan and execute new product ranges for B2B clients
    • To timely and accurately handle customer queries and quotations
      provide the client with stock availability and order status information
    • Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
    • Develop new strategic partnerships to increase sales and revenue within the South African market while providing exceptional customer service
    • Conduct market research (analyse competitors, pricing, etc in the B2B Channel)

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric Certificate
    • Tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing
    • Valid Code 8 driver’s license
    • 2 – 5 years’ experience in sales
