Are you a successful agency recruiter who is looking to move out of agency and work for a high growth company in the tech space?
Delta-v accelerates the growth of B2B software companies across South Africa and Europe. We build and manage BDR and SDR teams from our base in Claremont in a fun, supportive and high-energy environment.
This role is an opportunity to take ownership of our recruitment function, develop our talent acquisition strategy, and play a key role in driving the growth of Delta-v. You'll become a SaaS talent expert, and there will be potential to spin this role out into a separate SaaS recruitment business. About the role
You'll be building our recruitment function from scratch, while supported by a CEO who's previously built a very successful recruitment agency. Responsibilities will include identifying, recruiting and coordinating the onboarding of top performers for Delta-v. In the medium term you’ll also be involved in getting our graduate recruitment programme off the ground.
Requirements
Essential skills and experience you’ll bring to the role:
University degree (in any field)
2+ years experience as a recruiter in a recruitment agency focussing on Tech, Digital, Finance, or Commercial roles
Consistent track record meeting your recruitment targets
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong interest in the world of startups
Comfortable commuting daily to Claremont

This role is an opportunity to become a B2B business development expert and get exposure to the world of FinTech. You’ll play a key role in executing the Go-to-Market strategy of a high growth FinTech SaaS company. We’ll provide you with a world class training programme, the best sales tools and outbound technology. In this role you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to target accounts (large enterprise companies), creating highly personalised messaging, engaging key decision makers via phone and email, and qualifying high value opportunities.
Requirements
University degree (in any field)
6 months - 3 years experience in a sales role (ideally involving outbound prospecting)
Comfortable reaching out to decision makers across channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone
Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
Strong interest in the world of tech
High levels of motivation and enthusiasm
The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:
Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, Hubspot or Pipedrive
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
SalesLoft, Outreach or similar
