    Customer Quality Engineer

    Essential Responsibilities And Duties

    • As Customer Engineer, your main responsibilities are as follow :
    • Be the main representative of Faurecia to the customer and represent the customer . Drive and monitor adherence to all Faurecia and customer specific requirements within defined perimeter
    • Manage any customer claims (QRs) received. Ensure 8Ds are prepared and submitted back on time as per the required timeline. Ensure internal recording / reporting of claims as per internal systems.
    • Interface with the Residents at the customer site to ensure customer needs are met and issues managed.
    • Liaison with SQA or Sub Tier Supplier (if needed) when any quality issues experienced impacting the customer.
    • Organize and participate in meetings with the customer (Solve quality problems, … ) and ensure all validations as required by customer are completed.
    • Review and discuss customer quality results (based on each internal and external communication platform, ensure the correctness of these applications). Lead feedback meetings with the customer (e.g. critical supplier / QR feedback meetings)
    • Monitor the Customer KPI’s, analyse trends (Pareto analysis) and prepare related feedback reports / presentations.
    • Visit / periodic audits of related storage sites (SEZ) and the Customer assembly line in order to ensure the compliant use of our products.
    • Define and enforce the scale of customer voice within the plant (e.g. demerit products, complaints, PPM...) and implement / leads appropriate recovery plan with the plant
    • Ensure effective communication between Faurecia, Customer and all relevant Sub tier suppliers.
    • Monitor adherence to Faurecia quality and related requirement as defined
    • Initiate in Problem Solving activities and interface with Commodity Quality Engineers to address root causes (PCA). Drives customer compliant resolution process, ensuring robustness of problem solving (8D, ...). Ensures appropriate feedback to the customer: timing and robustness of 8D, presentation of results and progress,
    • Manage containment of NOK customer return parts / claims and adherence to scrap / PC&L processes to dispose or return parts.
    • Ensure the correct escalation as per the alert system and manages derogations with the customer.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety/regulation standards
    • Maintenance of Quality records/documentation if required.
    • Track all warranty claims and work with the plant / sub tier supplier to resolve issues.
    • Set up physical boundary samples if applicable /needed of the product when issues identified to clarify standards.
    • Has the responsibility and authority to stop non-conforming products, shipments and / or production.

    Qualifications And Position Requirements

    • Education: Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering/ quality sciences.

    Knowledge and experience :

    • Established decisive team player
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in quality
    • Manufacturing experience, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Solid knowledge of Quality management systems in production
    • Process orientated with exceptional customer relationship experience
    • Languages: Proven oral and written communication skills with English and computer literate

    IT Trainee/Intern

    The Main Missions Of The Role Are To

    • Give the technical and functional first level support to the users, assuming the resolution of all kind of IT incidents reported by the users. Monitor the helpdesk for new incidents and requests and action as a priority.
    • Monitor Security Indicators and correct and resolve non-conformances as a priority
    • Prepare new PCs and Laptops for use on the network according to Faurecia standard installation policies.
    • Assist the IT Manager with administration tasks. These could include, but are not limited to, backup/restore procedures, office application support, ERP support, hardware support, network support, monitoring of critical systems and processes, after hour support and IT asset management.
    • Ensure the ownership of the System by the user. If necessary, co-ordinate training to users and ensure application of the procedures.
    • Ensure the adherence of Group standards, especially concerning hardware, software, security policies, software licenses control, inventory, etc.
    • Apply IT procedures specific to the site
    • Maintain and update site IT site documentation continuously to ensure its accuracy.
    • Assist LIR with GIS project implementation.
    • Assist with IT Backup mode tests and documentation.
       

    Position Requirements

    • Tertiary qualification with specialisation in Information Technology or currently studying towards it.
    • Industry related courses completed (A+, N+, MCSE, MCP, MOUS, Cisco, etc.)
    • Ability to communicate
    • Valid drivers license and own transport
    • Excellent communication skills (English mandatory, other languages advantageous)
    • Excellent people and teamwork skills
    • Outgoing personality, ability to interact with all levels of employees
    • Must be prepared to work shifts if required now or in the future
