Job Description

About The Role.

As an Architect you will hold the following responsibilities:

• The Architect is responsible for solutioning, strategizing, and driving innovation and efficiency, and will be called upon to provide business strategy and technology roadmaps for clients.
• At this senior level – coding ability is seen as a standard and experience will be put to the test
• Should know well versed and experienced in all aspects of Salesforce in: Development, Configuration, Integration.
• Write technical Specifications from BRD. Review code to make sure best practices are followed.
• Data architecture and data migration strategy experience is essential
• Demonstrate:

Tool adoption

• Asset harvesting and asset reuse
• Provide technical guidance to the team through the project lifecycle
• Create project deployment and go-live strategy
• Presales and solutioning assistance
• Actively engaging in a highly agile environment with a focus on iterative and test-driven methodologies
• Conduct technical process reviews, technical UAT, and work in partnership with the business consultants
• Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to concurrent version system repository
• Gather data migration requirements, define data migration plans and perform complex data migrations
• Analyze data quality requirements, define data quality plan and execute
• Demonstrate experience and certification in Agile
• Demonstrate experience and certification in Sales Cloud and or Service Cloud
• Demonstrate experience in working on, with and in Customer Journeys

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4years core consulting skills combined with leading Salesforce business process competency, functional subject matter expertise.
• 4years Enterprise implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products
• Experience in playing a key role in pre-sales and bids to analyze, shape and design solutions & winning proposals for clients
• Preferred Tech And Prof Experience
• 6years core consulting skills
• 5years Salesforce experience
