    Finance Clerk: Sage Evolution

    Our client is looking for a Finance Clerk for a 2 WEEK CONTRACT for their company based in Century City.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • General Supplier Processing.
    • GRV’ing of stock.
    • SME/International Payments.
    • Receipt incoming International Payments.
    • Daily Invoicing – SALES & ASSIST.
    • Creating Purchase Orders.
    • Customer Statements to be sent to all customers.

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    • Matric.
    • Tertiary qualification in Finance/Bookkeeping advantageous.
    • MUST have experience working on SAGE evolution packages – this is a MUST.
    • Able to work independently.
    • Available to start immediately, for a 2-week contract.

    Package & Remuneration:

    • R70 per hour

    Personal Assistant

    Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant for a 3 month contract for their company based in Bellville, Cape Town.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Attend all council meetings and prepare the notices and minutes thereof (notice and minutes of previous meeting to be sent 1 week prior to meeting).
    • Provide support before and during meetings inclusive of communicating with role players, preparing documents for meetings, follow up on progress made and prepare briefing notes.
    • Set up business meetings, book venues.
    • Draft documentation like submission letters, do basic research, analyse documents and situations, Communicate effectively (verbally and written).
    • Typing of business letters, minutes, memorandums, schedules and general correspondence.
    • Screen telephone calls and answering inquiries.
    • Make travel arrangements.

    Desired Experience & Qualification:

    • Matric.
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ Personal Assistant experience within a small-to-medium company.
    • Must be immediately available for a 3 month contract.
    • Must be based in Cape Town and surrounds.

    Package & Remuneration:

    • R 19 000 per month
