    Warehouse Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse inventory.
    • Generate daily Management Information System (MIS) reports and circulate them in a timely manner.
    • Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, stock accuracy, and stock rotation.
    • Manage and coordinate with the team to address any challenges.
    • Monitor hourly productivity.
    • Manage Blue Collars directly and address their issues.
    • Manage and coordinate warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
    • Maintain records and documentation concerning inventory, orders, and shipments.
    • Ensure that all warehouse operations adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and compliance standards.
    • Preparation of weekly/monthly Shift roaster and monitoring operations KPIs.
    • Upkeep of the floor as per 5S standards.
    • Manage Attendance of the respective department.
    • Responsible for providing training to Blue Collar employees.

    Who we are looking for

    • At least three to five years of dedicated Warehousing experience
    • Proven ability to implement impactful process improvement initiatives
    • Strong knowledge of Warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Successful leadership in overseeing picking and packing operations
    • Accomplished team management, surpassing performance targets
    • Active utilization of WMS for optimizing workflows and enhancing operational efficiency
    • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
    • Excellent communication skills facilitating seamless coordination within the team
    • Strong planning skills, accustomed to working efficiently under pressure

    Inventory Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of inventory levels.
    • Regularly conduct physical counts and reconcile them with the warehouse management system (WMS)
    • Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
    • Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of the warehouse management system (WMS) transection.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing products.
    • Develop and enforce inventory quality standards for the warehouse.
    • Optimize warehouse space to maximize storage capacity and efficiency.
    • Plan and implement layout changes to accommodate changing inventory needs.
    • Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff responsible for inventory tasks.
    • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of warehouse personnel.
    • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover, and other key performance indicators.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis of inventory data.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
    • Implement and enforce safety and security protocols for inventory handling.
    • Identify and resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, stockouts, and overstocks.
    • Implement corrective actions to prevent future problems.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency

    Who we are looking for

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing inventories.
    • Demonstrated expertise in handling SKU levels within an inventory management system.
    • Deep and broad understanding of Inventory Control, including its financial and operational impacts.
    • Lean thinking and continuous improvement mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Excellent stakeholder management capabilities

    Product Care Supervisor

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed established standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and tests on inbound and Outbound Products.
    • Provide assistance to customers regarding product inquiries and issues.
    • Collaborate with customer service teams to address and resolve customer complaints
    • Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications and quality testing results.
    • Prepare reports on product performance, quality metrics, and customer feedback.
    • Investigate and analyze customer complaints or issues related to products.
    • Ensure that products adhere to relevant safety and compliance standards.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including transport, manufacturing Quality team  and to address product-related issues and improvements
    • Identify areas for improvement in product care processes and implement corrective actions.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in product care.
    • Conduct training sessions for employees involved in product care to enhance their skills and knowledge.
    • Ensure that team members are aware of and adhere to product care protocols.
    • Generate reports on common product issues and trends, providing insights for continuous improvement
    • Implement environmentally friendly practices in product care processes where applicable.
    • Provide training to customer service representatives and other relevant staff to enhance product knowledge

    Who we are looking for

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end clothing retail, having worked directly in customer-facing roles at reputable establishments like LV, D&G, or equivalent luxury brands.
    • In-depth understanding of quality standards associated with luxury clothing items.
    • Strong knowledge of product care processes and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven experience in conducting quality inspections and implementing improvement initiatives.
    • Familiarity with industry compliance standards and sustainability practices.
