    Asset Care Manager - Delmas

    Minimum Requirements

    • BEng
    • 8 years plant and AM experience (heavy manufacturing or mining)
    • Experienced manager / leader with good interpersonal skills
    • In depth knowledge of work management processes
    • Proven application of Project Management methodology
    • Advantageous: Minimum 1 years' experience in an SAP PM environment
    • Advantageous: Mining Experience
    • Applied knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Interface with client and build a solid working relationship
    • Lead a multi-disciplinary team on a client site
    • Ensure contract deliverables are met
    • Provide a strong reliability and maintenance planning function on client site
    • Enabling and leading of AM resources to effectively deliver "Pragma Way" for clients
    • Identifies areas for service delivery enhancement, cost reduction and production efficiency and lead the execution of improvement projects
    • Monitor successful implementation of business processes
    • Lead workshops to facilitate effective and relevant reporting of KPIs by team
    • Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects
    • Administrate the project(s) effectively
    • Management of invoicing process to ensure accurate and time payment of services rendered

    Asset Care Planner - Klipspruit Ogies

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric
    • National Diploma or N6 (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent
    • Planning and scheduling experience will be advantageous
    • MS Office (With medium to strong skills in excel)
    • At least 1 year experience in a computerized maintenance management system
    • Good communication skills
    • Good time management
    • 4-6 Years industry relevant experience in maintenance and planning environment
    • Working experience in Mining and Engineering will be advantageous

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Administer the maintenance work management process in the computerised maintenance management syst
    • Add value to preventative and non-urgent reactive maintenance work through advance planning of maintenance work execution
    • Participates in the weekly maintenance scheduling meeting
    • Analyse completed maintenance work feedback in support of continuous improvement for planning purposes
    • Ascertain accurate recording of maintenance work feedback in the computerised maintenance management system        
    • Evaluate the status of maintenance work in the maintenance management process, and highlight problem areas
    • Participate in cross functional team to identify critical spare parts and assist with improvement of the material master
    • Manage the rotable spares process interface with maintenance work management
    • Report on maintenance work waiting for spares as input to the weekly scheduling meeting
    • Maintenance shutdown planning and management
    • Manage Life Cycle Management for Critical components
    • Conduct Weekly, Monthly and adhoc reports

    Reliability Engineer - Nelspruit

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng/ BScEng Degree, B Tech Degree (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical)
    • 3 to 10 years practical experience in manufacturing/ consulting/ mining industries
    • Extensive knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering
    • Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge
    • Exposure and understanding of two Project Management methodology (whether applied or completed in a formal course)
    • Advantageous: CMRP, SCPP

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Identify opportunities for improving your client's asset management system and utilise a structured problem-solving methodology to implement solutions.
    • Tactics Development.
    • Present asset management training and develop training material and course content.
    • Identify required reports to measure and improve business processes
    • Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects.
