    Responsibilities:

    Fitness Assessment:

    • Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand clients’ current health status, fitness levels, and goals.
    • Analyse clients’ body composition, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness.

    Programme Design:

    • Develop personalised exercise programmes based on clients’ fitness assessments, goals, and any specific health considerations.

    Marketing and Promotion of Healthi’s products and services

    • Market and promote all the products and services of Healthi with the aim of building awareness and encouraging participants to enrol for the services and purchase products.
    • Give health and wellness-related inputs on various platforms e.g. Wellness Wednesdays, Academic Training and Development sessions, Orientation Days, Open Days, Healthi events, staff meetings, etc.

    Safety and Emergency Procedures:

    • Ensure the safety of clients during workouts by monitoring proper equipment use and technique.
    • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and first aid.

    Continuing Education:

    • Stay informed about the latest fitness trends, techniques, and certifications.
    • Pursue ongoing education to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Admin Duties:

    Client Scheduling:

    • Coordinate and schedule client appointments based on availability and preferences. Maintain an organised calendar to track sessions, assessments, and consultations.

    Record Keeping:

    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client assessments, progress, and programme adjustments.
    • Document any relevant health information, injuries, or special considerations.

    Communication:

    • Respond promptly to client inquiries, emails, and messages.
    • Communicate effectively with clients regarding schedule changes, program updates, and any relevant information.

    Billing and Payments:

    • Manage client billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Provide clients with invoices or receipts for services rendered.

    Client Agreements and Waivers:

    • Ensure clients complete necessary paperwork, including health history forms, liability waivers, and informed consent documents.
    • Maintain organized and secure records of client agreements.

    Feedback and Reporting:

    • Provide regular feedback to your line manager and management on client progress, concerns, or any issues that may arise.
    • Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

    Client Retention:

    • Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
    • Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve services.

    Networking:

    • Build and maintain relationships with other fitness professionals, health practitioners, or relevant contacts within the community.

    Performance Management:

    • Complete the performance review forms and be performance reviewed three times per year.

    • Perform other responsibilities requested by the Head of Healthi and the Board of Directors of Regenesys Management.

    Qualifications:

    The candidate should possess the following:

    • Certified Personal Trainer from a recognised fitness organisation; and
    • CPR and First Aid certifications;

    Registered Attorney with Debt Collection Expertise

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Case Management: Handle a portfolio of debt collection cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate progression through the legal process.
    • Legal Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings related to debt recovery, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
    • Document Preparation and Review: Draft, review, and file necessary legal documents, including demand letters, summons, complaints, motions, and other court documents in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
    • Client Advising: Provide expert legal advice to clients on debt collection matters, including assessment of claims, potential risks, and recommended strategies for recovery.
    • Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and stay updated on regulatory changes that impact debt collection practices.
    • Negotiation: Conduct settlement negotiations to achieve favorable resolutions while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: LLB
    • Licensure: Must be a registered and licensed attorney and LPC Registration.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
