RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installing, supporting and maintaining server hardware and software infrastructure
• Installing, supporting and maintaining security and backup & replication systems
• Installing, supporting and maintaining the networking Infrastructure
• Monitoring network usage and performance across the network
• Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and project challenges
• Management of Workstations and Mobile Devices
• General IT Network documentation and other operational tasks
• Risk and performance reports on network hardware and software
• Analysing and resolving faults, ranging from a Level 3 failure to a forgotten password
• Managing email systems, anti-spam and virus protection across the entire RRS network – this includes Hosting SAAS services, software and hardware appliances.
• Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security
• Disaster recovery testing
• Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence

Required Education & Experience:

• Microsoft Certification (MCITP, MCSE) or relevant IT Certification
• VEEAM Certification
• 3 Years Systems Administration experience working in a similar role managing a Windows infrastructure within a corporate environment

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Achieve annual regional sales targets
• Management of key client accounts in the designated region
• Participation in conferences and exhibitions
• Growth of Reutech Mining’s market share in the designated region
• Assist with the development of marketing and product strategies
• Identify and Qualify new business leads
• Maintain client relationships
• Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business opportunities and sustainable relationships
• Conduct market intelligence to support the marketing and sales as well as business development activities
• Obtain a good understanding of the relevant products of Reutech to facilitate the marketing and sales process

Required Education & Experience:

• Marketing and sales qualification
• Minimum 3 year track record in the sales of advanced technical equipment (electronics, radar, telecommunications or complex software products)
• Experience in mining and/or security solutions will be beneficial
