    Sales Support Assistant (PG07): SanlamConnect: Gauteng South Region: Constantia Kloof

    What will you do?

    • This is an administrative support position that reports directly to an Operations Manager in the region. The SSA role is there to render sales support and administration to Sanlam intermediaries and regional sales management. 
    • Provide sales and administration support to intermediaries, including quotations 
    • Assist the intermediaries with the relevant product information 
    • Process and monitor new business submitted  
    • Monitor and report on relevant sales information to intermediaries/management 
    • Support initiatives to increase the take up of technology with intermediaries
    • Providing limited after sales service 

    What will make you successful in this role?

    Qualification/s and Experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification 
    • A relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous 

    Knowledge and Skills: 

    • A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience within the financial services industry is preferred 
    • Prior experience within a Broker or Advisor Services environment is preferred 
    • Insurance product experience and knowledge of relevant quotation processes and systems is preferred

    REMS Consultant SLS SanlamConnect (PG 6/7/8) Bellville (Rerun)

    What will you do?

    • The REMS Consultant is responsible for handling incoming enquiries from Intermediaries, Management and Support Staff which may include various aspects i.e., Contracting, Remuneration, Funds and Schemes as well as Commissions and Replacements.
    • The Consultant will be responsible for providing professional and effective services by meeting expectations, particularly in terms of quality and timelines in compliance with the business and legislative standards and effectively dealing with all e-mails; investigations and ensuring resolution of enquiries.
    • The work requires the capturing of information on the system, calculations, investigation of errors and the correction thereof. The role does allow for remote working opportunities contingent on management approval and business requirements.

    The position requires adept organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to handle a multitude of tasks simultaneously under often high-pressure situations. 

    • Administration of contracting and/or financing aspects of Intermediary remuneration   
    • Handling of incoming requests from Intermediaries (email and telephonic)    
    • Responsible to reach production, quality, and SLA targets   
    • Application of business rules and legislation 
    • Development and improving processes and/or policies 
    • Handling non-standard requests where follow up administration is required

    Qualification and Experience

    • Grade 12   
    • A tertiary qualification, which can either be a Diploma or Degree, will be advantageous 
    • Minimum of 2 years in the Broker or Advisor channel working environment or Policy Services environment  
    • Experience in Intermediary Payroll administration will be advantageous 

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Working knowledge SanPay, Psiber, Internet, Share Point, On Demand, Content Manager, Content Navigator, SAP4Hana and Microsoft Programs 
    • Must be fully bilingual – verbally and written (English and Afrikaans)  
    • Understanding of the Financial Services environment  
    • General knowledge of the SanlamConnect environment   
    • Knowledge and understanding of remuneration administration processes  
    • Knowledge of related general Legislation (NCA, FICA, FAIS, TCF, POPIA etc.) 
    • Knowledge of Funds and Schemes related legislation, policies, and processes (role specific) 
    • Knowledge of SLS products (Stratus and Legacy) will be advantages 
    • Prior experience and knowledge of replacements and/or the financing and contracting of advisers will be advantageous.

    Intermediary Support Assistant: SLS: SanlamConnect: Gauteng North: Lynnwood

    What will you do?

    This is an administrative support position that reports directly to an Operations Manager in the region.  The Intermediary Support Assistant role is there to render sales support and administration to Sanlam intermediaries and regional sales management.

    • Proactively contact active clients to enhance customer retention and provide support to intermediaries
    • Build positive working relationships with intermediaries and with clients for repeat businesses
    • Ensure high level of client satisfaction through proactive support
    • Provide internal feedback on how to improve client retention
    • Analyse client account trends to continuously improve client retention
    • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
    • Provide lapse support to intermediaries and business stakeholders

    What will you do?

    • This role will report to the Business Manager Entities.
    • This is a third party marketing and relationships building role serving as an interface between Sanlam and Authorised Principals (AP) and their advisors.  The Sales Consultant markets and promotes Sanlam products to Authorised Principals and advisors operating in the senior segment.

    What will you do?

    • The purpose of the role is to provide new and existing clients with professional and relevant financial advice, planning and products (sales) that are suited to their needs and requirements.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Grade 12
    • Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) "Fit and Proper" requirements and Regulatory Examination successfully completed if registered with Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for more than 24 months
