Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure bookkeeping is compliant with group accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure delivery of high quality financial data
• Prepare month-end closing entries, such as fixed asset depreciation, prepaid expenses, accruals, IFRS adjustments, ect.
• Perform month-end closing of accounts reconciliation and analysis
• Prepare month financial reports in accordance to the group reporting deadlines
• Prepare monthly variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations
• Prepare specifications/reconciliations of the data reported
• Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from Team Leader

Key Requirements:

• University/ College Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar position
• Good command of English (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of accounting rules
• MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge of IRFS will be an asset
• Good communication and analytical skills and ability to work in the team
• Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience will be an asset

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of clients and being responsible for the clients of the team
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation reporting packages
• Preparing and reviewing financial reports (IFRS and/or LUX GAAP)
• Being responsible for the delivery of excellence in customer service and for maximizing the client satisfaction
• Maintaining contact and effectively communicating with clients, auditors and other third parties
• Participating in IFRS and Consolidation Team activities, including in preparation of technical memorandums, presentations and trainings

Key Requirements:

• At least 4 years relevant working experience, preferably from a big 4 company or trust
• Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Required knowledge of IFRS and/or Consolidation
• Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) and a team player
• Pro-active and client service attitude
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent command of English
