• Review and implementation Contract Terms and Conditions within delegation of Authority afforded by department
• Co-ordinate and plan all technical and product information to ensure Project deliverables are compliant to Client Specification
• Co-ordinate all Project related matters in full compliance with departmental SOP
• Drive, co-ordinate and manage all Projects against agreed Project schedules to ensure on time delivery

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Degree/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

About the Job

• Use software applications and visual judgement to extract key information from images and videos
• Work comfortably with web applications to trac and manage assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Use software applications and exercise visual judgement to select images from our systems; highlight and label various objects within image frames.
• Modify labelled images as necessary and prepare reports for customers.
• Based on image observations, identify different behaviours on our systems; capture and create support tickets for further troubleshooting.
• Complete manual corrections on MMPro.
• Flag images with descriptions.
• Report any issues regarding MMPro immediately.
• Keep record of all reports.
• Inform support on insufficient logs generated by MM system.
• Inform support on camera adjustments.
• Weekly planning meeting and scheduling.
• Ensure fast and accurate Fragmentation corrections.
• Adhere to the Safety, Health and Environmental Policies.
• Adhere to Duty of Care policy at all times.
