    Key Account Manager

    Job description

    Customer Centricity is the core of our DNA and everything we do is centered around our customers, the Key Accounts Role plays a very important role in fulfilling this commitment to our customers.

    This role has helped us grow in building valuable partnerships and relationships with our customers, but most importantly it continues giving us guidelines understanding and knowing our customers.

    As a key accounts manager you will play an important role in continuing on building and maintaining profitable relationships within the key account base.

    We are looking for someone to join our team who thinks differently about problems and values important relationships. This person will deliver value to the key accounts team by using their analytical skills to generate to data to support informed decisions, draw on their creativity to support the business development team to build relevant and highly effective co-marketing programs.

    ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    • Overall responsibility of strategic management and growth of Key Accounts
    • Manage all aspects of key accounts operational data with given reporting tools. Be able to spot trends and identify potential early warning signs with vulnerable accounts to proactively mitigate risk
    • Driving for highest levels of customer satisfaction in understanding challenges that are critical to merchants/customers and applying a solution-based approaches
    • Maintain existing business and recognise and develop new business within existing base and new merchants
    • Retain and grow customer processing volume and revenue.
    • Establish and maintain a market presence through regular customer visits to build and maintain relationships
    • Establish effective internal relationships and processes with other units within the organization to maintain superior customer service levels
    • Develop relationships with senior managers, VP, and key opinion leaders within and outside the organization
    • Deliver on internal and external stakeholder requirements/SLA’s.
    • Demonstrate innovative thinking in area of expertise and translate this into business process/ solutions/ working practice improvements.
    • Analysis of monthly/weekly volume & revenue using data & reporting and pro-actively develop plans to close any gaps.
    • Delivery of client or company specific projects in line with company road map
    • Accountable for customer pricing negotiation, profit margin & volume-value growth analysis
    • Develop/implement and maintain a key account metric system as a reporting tool to track and measure growth within the base
    • You will be performing other assigned duties based on business priorities and organizational needs

    Key Requirements To Perform Responsibilities

    • 3+ years of proven track record in key account management / account management or customer engagement experience in a fast paced technology industry
    • Desire and ability to work in fast-paced environment and be part of a high performance team
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships over digital formats/phone/in-person
    • Self-starter who can manage yourself independently
    • Experience with MS Office applications and operating CRM databases
    • Needs to own their own vehicle and be willing to travel

    Outbound Sales Representative

    ROLE | WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

    Our sales team, and Company in general, is experiencing rapid growth, and with all of this going on, we’ve got sales on the brain. Ok, who are we kidding? We always have sales on the brain.Over the last 3 months, we have noticed a rapid interest of Yoco within the Gauteng Market…It is the city of gold after all.

    The Outbound Sales candidate will be expected assist in crushing our monthly goals. So what exactly will you do?

    The Outbound Sales candidate is expected to prospect super targeted leads based around specific accounts that have been identified as ideal customers. From there, the incumbent will manage their day around building meaningful relationships while prospecting and demonstrating our Yoco offering to interested businesses.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work directly with customers face to face and via telephone, and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
    • Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their "on-line presence" and explains pricing and answers questions from customers building value in the customer relationship.
    • Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact.
    • Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
    • Continued product education to better service customer calls
    • Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker

    IDEAL CANDIDATE | WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

    Key Requirements To Perform Responsibilities

    • Two or more years experience of B2B sales in a high volume fast, paced environmen
    • Strategical business understanding of the geographical and industrial market in GP
    • Previous experience and/or strong interest in outbound sales and prospecting
    • Strong customer service and telesales skills
    • Good organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a high-volume, fast paced environment
    • Solid understanding and experience of Web Based Applications and CRM software
    • Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Problem solving and decision making skills
    • Superior closing skills
    • Need to have access to a vehicle
    • Ability to work autonomously
    • Existing network within GP
