Job Description
As a rockstar addition to our product design team, you are interested in both the functional and user interface side of product design, as well as enthusiastic about working with others towards building intuitive digital products. Knowledge of what is great vs. good design as well as staying up to date with best in global design trends excites you. As a self-starter and team player, you enjoy collaborating on the ideation of product design. You are both confident in presenting your ideas while open to exploring stakeholders’ feedback. Taking ownership and initiative is something you do naturally – you can also take direction well and be guided by others. Although we always do our best to please our customers, you are able to balance this with what is also best for the business, its partners, our engineering platforms, and the product.
You will apply your passion for crafting engaging user interfaces and experiences through design thinking, concept ideation, prototyping, and iterating.
The products that you will be working on will be SAAS products; customer-facing apps, and understand how they form part of the entire suite of products. Knowledge of iOS, Android and mobile / responsive best practices is crucial. You should be excited about delivering adaptive, clean, and creative solutions to complex design challenges.
Job Responsibilities
Designing for mobile apps and web products – specialising in crafting UI elements, working within a design system, and adapting SAAS mobile products to align with our clients’ branding and business requirements.
Working within a team – including business stakeholders, product managers, product designers, front and back-end developers / engineers.
Produce (when required) wireframes and any other documentation to show your design thinking around the products you work on.
Testing your design thinking and products during the life cycle of the project through A/B testing, and workshopping with team members.
Communicate your thinking and ideas clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
Be flexible and collaborative around other team members’ design thinking and ideas.

Knowledge, Skills & Aptitudes
2 - 5 years industry experience (digital design background).
Knowledge of UI software (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc).
Knowledge of Adobe suite, PSD, InDesign, Illustrator.
Knowledge of prototyping software (Figma, Zeplin, Balsamiq, Axure, InVision or similar).
Ability to multi-task, context switch, manage time well and respond to time constraints accordingly.
Be able to communicate and articulate design decisions to the team and stakeholders.
Team player who can also work on their own initiative.

Job Description
Yoyo is looking for a mid-senior UX Researcher who can own the end-to-end research process.
Your knowledge and experience in the UX design process will aid you in applying your passion in creating user-journeys and flows that tell a story. Extrapolating data, engaging with our merchants and their customers through the means of interviews / surveying, and gathering insights, will aid us in enhancing our product / merchant’s user experiences.
Working closely with our product team and product designers, you will play a critical role in delivering our product vision, and you will guide the research experience for a wide array of Yoyo’s SAAS products. We will rely on your expertise to help us understand our merchants / customers’ needs.
Role & Responsibilities
Create and facilitate a user research framework (for qualitative and quantitative) to develop a deep insight into our products, our merchants, and their customers.
Develop strategies that are informed by user research as well as business objectives.
Continuously interpret qualitive / quantitative data from our existing tools as well as using your tools of choice – following a human-centric process to identify challenges and improve our products for our merchants and customers end-to-end experiences.
You will be working closely with the product team and advocate on merchants / customer end-to-end wants, needs, and desires.
Provide recommendations of measurement of success, using various metrics; journey mapping, user flows, information architecture, etc.
Scale research and share your knowledge – helping the product team and product designers effectively conduct their own studies to gain insights as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Aptitudes
5 - 7+ years of industry experience in UX Design, Customer Experience, User Research, and/or Design Research.
Experience in the following methodologies: Usability testing, Guerilla testing and other testing methods, focus groups, interviews, surveying, card sorting, data collecting, analytics, reporting, etc.
Experience and deep understanding in user and / or customer experience.
Interpreting qualitive / quantitative data and using data to substantiate your thinking.
Team player who can also work on their own initiative.

Yoyo is looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our Global Sales team in a "hunter" role. The purpose of this job is to evaluate opportunities and drive revenue for sales through face to face b2b sales.
You will collaborate with the Commercial team and Product Managers to maximize sales and revenue growth within territories. This role would report directly to the Head of Commercial, and is a clear opportunity to own a territory and/or Industry, with opportunity for international/global sales.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue, adoption, and market segment share for our YoyoGo product by proactively contacting businesses in the retail and related industries
Relay market needs and requirements back to internal teams including Product Management and Technical teams
Engage with potential customers to help them understand the opportunities, features and benefits of our tech disrupting payments product
Follow up with prospects until you close the deals and have successfully integrated the customers onto our payments app
Meet or exceed targets and KPIs
Identify prioritization and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue targets
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
SaaS sales or Business Development background in a Tech or Marketing field
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Docs
Expert use of CRMs, sales and marketing automation tools
High level presentation skills (video conferencing) and telephone manner
Self starter mentality who is results orientated and loves to reach targets
Curious and willing to learn enthusiast, who wants to grow and improve with us
Tech savvy and good understanding of IT systems
