    General Sales Manager (Upmarket Motor Dealership)

    What You’ll Do

    • Create and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability across new and used vehicles.
    • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to hit targets, optimize customer satisfaction, and ensure high-performance standards.
    • Manage vehicle stock, including evaluations, trade-ins, and reconditioning.
    • Collaborate with the Dealer Principal and Financial Manager on budgets and forecasts.
    • Provide guidance on deals when needed and keep the team focused on growth and customer retention.
    • Attract, develop, and retain a strong sales team.

    Job Requirements

    • Matric Certificate
    • A diploma in Management/Marketing/Sales (Ideal)
    • A valid Drivers License
    • 3-5 years of experience leading sales teams in the automotive retail sector, with knowledge of both new and pre-owned sales.
    • Strong understanding of the used car market, stock management, and vehicle reconditioning.
    • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations (CPA, FICA, POPIA, NCA) and sales processes.
    • Financial management and budgeting experience.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

    Pre - Owned Vehicle Sales Manager

    Job Requirements

    • Matric Certificate
    • A valid Drivers License
    • Must have at least 3 years of RECENT Used Car Sales Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
    • Solid knowledge of used vehicle sales procedures
    • A good business acumen and understanding of financials.
    • Outstanding leadership skills
    • Working knowledge of a DMS (Advantageous)
    • Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

    CRM/Bookings Clerk

    •  You will be responsible for managing all incoming bookings, upselling additional services and ensuring efficient workshop production. 
    • In addition to these duties, you will also be required to make outgoing calls to existing customers notifying them of various marketing campaigns for the Service Department.

    Costing & Warranty Clerk

    • You will be responsible for all warranty claims, submissions, calculations, and recons as well as accurate job card costing. 
    • Our client wants someone who is efficient, has excellent warranty knowledge and has working experience on Pinnacle or similar.

    • A valid Drivers License
    • MUST have at least 3 years of Costing & Warranty experience in a franchised dealership.
    • Working knowledge of Pinnacle or similar, Drive, Evolve etc.
    • The ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accurate records.
    • A Full understanding of the Warranty & Costing processes in a franchised dealership
