Industry Solution Architect (ISA) fulfils the critical role of trusted Retail & CPG adviser to the Sales team and customers. Deep understanding of the Retail Industry enables ISA to identify opportunities, position solutions and work with Retail Sales team to successfully close profitable business.
The vertical industry architect is responsible for taking new revenue generating initiatives from concept to solution and go-to-market. 
Retail Domain: Retail & CPG Operating Models; Strategy; Business Processes and Architecture;
ICT Domain: ICT Solution design; Project Management; Solution Financials and ROI.

•  Relevant Degree (NQF 8) in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences or BCom 
•  Postgraduate qualification in ICT or MBA would be advantageous
• 8+ years pre-sales, consulting, operational experience in Retail & CPG or fulltime employment in Retail Industry.
• Required to travel locally and internationally
  Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed

Responsible for the commercial and financial management of clients. This entails the commercial and financial business advisory services to the Client Account Directors and the Vertical Finance Business Partners. The key dimensions of services includes, financial performance and working capital management, financial planning & analysis, deal review & pipeline management, financial risk & compliance and customer relationship management

• CA or CIMA preferred
• 3 year degree (NQF 7) or Diploma (NQF 6) in Business Commerce, Accounting or related field
• 7 years' experience in Business Commerce, Accounting or related field within the IT industry
• Willing to travel
