    Key Account Manager (Cape Town)

    What will you bring:

    Inherent requirements for the position:

    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience as regional or account lead.
    • People manager with a proven track record of managing successful and profitable accounts/portfolios across manufacturing and commercial sectors, industries and countries in Africa is essential
    • Minimum qualifications: Technical background or Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in engineering or related field
    • Full understanding of commercial and financial business principles (P&L, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, GM, GL, EBITDA)
    • Project management skills and experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must be able to manage operations remotely

    What will you be doing
    Full operational responsibility of below service lines:

    Commercial and Contractual Accountability:

    • Full understanding and accountability of all key P&L & KPI drivers. Intimate understanding of contractual drivers across portfolio.

    Sales Growth:

    • Partner with clients to ensure organic growth across portfolio.

    Sourcing and Supplier Management:

    • Ensure effective supplier management and sourcing support.

    Project management:

    • Prepare and support site team with 3-year plans & assist site managers with tender plans and transitions.

    Governance:

    • Attend local governance calls (factories on a monthly basis and offices on a quarterly basis).
    • Participate in TCO/finance review calls for each site (monthly).
    • Conduct monthly touchpoint calls for Tier 3 offices.
    • Attend and convey topics in weekly internal control calls to site managers.
    • Hold weekly one-on-one calls with site managers.
    • Be present at bi-weekly/monthly forums, including EHS Forum, Hard Services, and Site Sustainability.

    Decision making authority:

    • IFM Operational Decision maker
    • Commercial Approvals and Cost allocation
    • Management of CMMS, CFMS and related systems
    • Management of services and client contracts
    • Compliance to the OHS Act and other statutory requirements

    EHS culture:

    • Ensure all accounts are fully compliant and drives the correct EHS behaviors.

    Client engagement:

    • Ensure regular meetings and be a trusted partner and escalation point.

    People leadership:

    • Support account teams as escalation point including HR Related issues, IT and Connectivity, Operations, Employee Engagement)

    Internal stakeholders:

    • Ensure smooth working relationship with all internal stakeholders.
    • Be part of working groups for various business development requirements
    • Developing and presenting of business cases
    • Coordinate and conduct regular project follow up meetings with PMO team and client
    • Review alliance plans and train site managers
    • Track and support the account team for programs in the alliance plan.
    • Create and track employee performance goals & KPI’s
    • Drive and monitor employee training requirements
    • Budget management and monthly tracking
    • Support and drive client savings initiatives'

    Human Resources Manager

    Main purpose / objective of the position:    

    • The HR Manager will drive the HR Business Partnership with stakeholders across South Africa.
    • Successful incumbent must have proven track record in HR management end to end 
    • Ensure that comprehensive Human Resources skills complement and enhance the existing Employee Relations (ER) functions within the business unit.
    • The HRM will implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and will serve as a HR Business Partner to workforce teams in relation to HR-related matters

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive key HR delivery in relation to talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
    • Drive People Plan within area of responsibility and ensure alignment to business plan/s.
    • Ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations and compliance with labour regulations, to ensure a seamless integration of HR functions and to support the overall objectives of the organisation.
    • Conduct an organisational assessment to determine the current state of HR-related functions and identify areas for development.
    • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
    • Work closely with internal business partners to develop a talent pipeline as well as accountable for the overall recruitment process, including job descriptions, talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Implement a performance management system that drives high performance and supports career development.
    • Work closely with internal business partners to develop a training and development programme to address current and future skills gaps.
    • Implement a compensation strategy that is competitive and fair, aligning with the company’s financial capabilities and strategic objectives.
    • Advise and support managers in HR-related decision making and serve as a mediator in resolving workplace conflicts.
    • Ensure statutory compliance throughout the HR department and stay updated on changes in relevant legislation.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    Experience and Skills

    • Proficiency in English is a non-negotiable requirement of this vacancy
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with experience in setting up an HR department 
    • Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures within various regions in South Africa
    • Proficient in HR software, e.g. Sage People and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

    IT Administrator (6 Month Fixed-Term Contract)

    About the role:

    • Support an effective computer environment to make users more productive in executing their business processes. Ensure minimal disruption in user IST environment by solving problems on time and getting to root causes and therefore eliminate problem from not happening again.Assist in giving user an excellent experience within their IST environment.

    What you will be doing:

    • Stock control for all end user IT equipment & software licenses, allocating notebooks.
    • Stock allocation of all mobile products including sim cards, ensuring most costs effective packages are used and sims not being used are cancelled. (prevent abuse)
    • Obtaining like for like quotes from approved suppliers.
    • Creating purchase orders and GRN’s (as per approval from IT)
    • Storeroom stock control.
    • Ensuring minimum stock levels are kept at all time.
    • Ensuring recoveries from staff when negligent in damaging loosing user equipment.
    • Placing order with Vendors and follow up to ensure service or equipment delivered.

    What you will bring:
