    Farm Services Manager

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Qualified Red Seal Electrician 
    • Familiarity with management principles and job card systems.

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Responsible for all Plumbing, Ground Maintenance, Vehicle Checks, Minor Electrical Fault Finding, Routine Inspections, and general facilities upkeep.
    • Oversee and coordinate electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in line with Red Seal Electrician competency, ensuring compliance with electrical safety regulations.
    • Plan, delegate, and coordinate service-related procedures and systems; develop and implement ways to streamline processes on farm.
    • Assess staff performance, provide coaching, training, and guidance to maximize productivity.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient flow of information within the company to facilitate effective operations.
    • Manage schedules, deadlines, and workflow across multiple departments.
    • Monitor inventory, plan and coordinate purchasing of materials/supplies/parts, while keeping within budget constraints.
    • Track and control departmental costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
    • Ensure all preparation and washing duties are carried out to the highest standard.
    • Enforce and monitor strict compliance with bio-security standards and procedures.
    • Conduct weekly reviews of all job cards/inspections and ensure proper follow-up on outstanding items.

    Maintenance Planner

    Job Advert Summary    

    • Supreme Processing is seeking a highly skilled and detail orientated Maintenance Planner to support our maintenance and engineering teams in ensuring optimal plant performance and equipment reliability within our processing plant. This role requires strong leadership, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to ensure maximum plant uptime, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of all maintenance activities within the plant. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime and reliability by driving preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, managing maintenance workflows through CMMS/DMS systems, and ensuring the availability of required resources, spares, and contractor support.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Trade Test (Millwright or Fitter) essential
    • 5–7 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment, preferably poultry
    • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in maintenance planning or scheduling
    • Proven experience working with CMMS/DMS systems (SAP, Pragma or similar)
    • Strong equipment knowledge: mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation
    • Good understanding of HACCP, ISO, and food safety requirements

    • Develop detailed weekly and monthly maintenance schedules aligned to production plans
    • Plan and coordinate all preventive and predictive maintenance activities
