    Specialist - Talent Acquisition

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
    • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates.
    • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and background checks to ensure the right fit for both the role and the company.
    • Create engaging and personalized candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
    • Collaborate with the Employer Branding specialist to develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
    • Creating and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline of experienced and critical skills candidate hires.
    • Maintain consistent communication with candidates to provide updates, gather feedback and ensure a positive candidate journey.
    • Act as a brand ambassador to convey the company's culture and values to candidates.
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership regarding talent acquisition performance, candidate trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and team leaders, to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance.
    • Collaborate with the HR Business partners to ensure a smooth and efficient end to end recruitment process.
    • Making recommendations for hiring decisions. 
    • Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and innovations related to talent acquisition.
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of candidate experience.
    • Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a relevant qualification.
    • Proven 5 years plus experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a similar environment.
    • Strong knowledge of various talent acquisition methods, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret recruitment data.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • High level of professionalism, ethics, and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Knowledge of BCEA, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity etc.

    Associate - Administration Control

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Process and manage cash receipts, staff sales, and creditors’ invoices.
    • Ensure accurate capturing on SAP and maintain up-to-date financial records.
    • Handle queries related to debtors, creditors, refunds, and staff purchases.
    • Prepare reconciliations and support month-end financial deadlines.
    • Assist with administrative duties, including filing and credit note preparation.
    • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
    • Any ad-hoc duties which are assigned.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 + 3 years Diploma in Bookkeeping / Accounting.
    • Experience in Admin/Finance is advantageous but not essential.
    • Proficiency in SAP and financial systems.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

    Shift Leader - Maintenance

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and maintain all equipment and machinery, including but not limited to, Facilities, Utilities, and physical infrastructure.
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of equipment.
    • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance services as needed.
    • Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential risks.
    • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and reduce repair costs.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or non-compliant practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to machinery & equipment and facility management, implementing new technologies or processes as appropriate.
    • Supervise all maintenance staff reporting to team leader (Artisans, technicians and external contractors)
    • Ensuring employee and machinery safety and lead 5S Strategy across the site.
    • Drafting maintenance reports (daily, weekly and Monthly).
    • Managing Stores Stock levels and Spares availability for responsible area.
    • Responsible for Budget control and Plant Maintenance CAPEX and OPEX Management.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR/.
    • N6 with Trade Test (Millwright, Fitter, Electrician).
    • 5 Years Experience in Maintenance (Machinery or Equipment Maintenance).
    • 2-3 years Experience in Managerial/Leadership Role
    • Planning Experience will be beneficial.
    • Computer Literacy - (Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software).
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to Machinery/Equipment and Facility management.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as necessary.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair procedures.
    • Familiarity with safety regulations and health & safety protocols.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
    • Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation principles.
    • Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar software.
    • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and Equipment management best practices.
    • Formulate preventative Maintenance plan.
