Manage and maintain all equipment and machinery, including but not limited to, Facilities, Utilities, and physical infrastructure.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance services as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and assessments of equipment and facilities to identify any issues or potential risks.
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize equipment downtime and reduce repair costs.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or non-compliant practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to machinery & equipment and facility management, implementing new technologies or processes as appropriate.
Supervise all maintenance staff reporting to team leader (Artisans, technicians and external contractors)
Ensuring employee and machinery safety and lead 5S Strategy across the site.
Drafting maintenance reports (daily, weekly and Monthly).
Managing Stores Stock levels and Spares availability for responsible area.
Responsible for Budget control and Plant Maintenance CAPEX and OPEX Management.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering OR/.
N6 with Trade Test (Millwright, Fitter, Electrician).
5 Years Experience in Maintenance (Machinery or Equipment Maintenance).
2-3 years Experience in Managerial/Leadership Role
Planning Experience will be beneficial.
Computer Literacy - (Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS software).
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to Machinery/Equipment and Facility management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment as necessary.
