Your mission as a Field Service Technician
- Your mission as a Field Service Technican facilitate growth of our company’s service program through strong commitment to the delivery of high-quality customer service to all Epiroc customers. Plus, ensure that the customer’s expectations are met every time.
What you’ll do
- To identify system failures through root cause failure analysis and the repair of such failures.
- To perform quality maintenance work
- Rectify all electrical, mechanical & hydraulic breakdowns
- Ensure legal compliance on all machines

About the Role
- As an Application Engineer, you will play a key role in implementing the strategy for our Surface GET product portfolio and ensuring our customers receive the best product recommendations, performance insights, and technical support.
- You will work closely with Product Managers, commercial teams, and our customers to deliver solutions that improve productivity and reliability across their fleets.

What You Bring
- Degree qualification preferred (Engineering or related discipline).

- Your mission as a Site Manager is to drive the success of the Epiroc equipment by leveraging deep technical expertise and a commitment to excellence.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the implementation of services of the project to the client as per contract.
- Assist with identifying and rectifying project operational shortfalls.
