    Provincial Election Campaign Administrator - Gauteng (Fixed Term)

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Designing, implementing and maintaining campaign administrative systems and procedures
    • Producing weekly campaign reports
    • Overseeing data capturing and quality assurance
    • Assisting with administrative and logistical assistance in the province
    • Assisting with the design, implementation and maintenance of a communication system between all formations of the Party
    • Assisting with event planning and execution
    • Assisting with campaign execution
    • Assisting with analysis of campaign data
    • Liaising with professional staff, constituencies and branches

    Requirements

    Minimum requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent 
    • Experience in an administrative role
    • Experience in project and financial management (advantageous)
    • Proficiency in one official language, in addition to English (advantageous)
    • Mathematical literacy
    • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
    • Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for daily business-related use

    • Organisation and coordination
    • Administration and attention to detail

    Abilities:

    • Interpret complex data
    • Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations

    Constituency Coordinator: Oostenberg South - Western Cape Metro

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    Logistically supporting Party public representatives in their efforts to grow and keep DA support, advance the DA brand, properly run DA political structure and meet statutory obligations

    Requirements

    Minimum requirements:

    • National Senior Certificate or equivalent 
    • Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
    • Relevant experience which may include the following roles: field worker, community liaison, project coordinator, operations coordinator, field-related sales, field-related customer service or election/campaign-related role
    • Project management experience
    • Financial management experience
    • Proficiency in at least one official language, in addition to English
    • Valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle for daily business related use
    • Computer literacy, particularly MS Office suite
    • Knowledge of, and/or residence in, the constituency (advantageous)
