Main Purpose Of The Role

• This role is to effectively manage all operational purchases, costs, invoices, timesheets, debtors and assets including all administrative processes.
• This role will manage a team of +/- 4 and report to the Admin Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

Purchasing compliance

• Ordering management including ensuring packing lists are completed accurately, invoices print on time and match confirmed packing lists;
• Distributions of stationary/ hardware/ packaging materials, etc., to Ops
• Control & distribution of PPE
• Quarterly supplier appraisals

Main Purpose Of The Role

The main purpose of this role is to sign up new accounts and to maintain and grow existing customer base for the allocated Branch and meet monthly and annual retention targets. Strategic accounts need to be signed up and the implementation of these accounts need to be managed by the candidate.

Basic Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Drivers License and own vehicle

Computer Skills

• MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
• Advanced skill would be advantageous

Job Related Requirements

• 2-3 years Senior Key Account Management & New Business sales experience
• Experience in prospecting for new business
• Experience in achieving new business targets set
• Tender Management
• Experience in selling cross silo solutions and presenting to C Level
• Maintain and grow existing customer base
• Signing up New Accounts and growing business
• Experience with implementation of strategic accounts
• Reporting day to day to the Sales Manager
• Weekly and Monthly reporting (where needed / requested)
