    Production Worker

    Mission

    • To assemble, test, and pack the Mernok product range. Tasks include soldering components, operating machinery, and adhering to production schedules to meet deadlines.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    Assistance in Manufacturing Processes:

    • Assemble, test, and package electronic devices following set procedures.
    • Help build test units and prototypes.
    • Assist with wiring production units.
    • Perform tasks like soldering, using hand tools, and following instructions to complete tasks on time.
    • Work with team members to meet production goals and solve any problems during manufacturing.
    • Do housekeeping tasks as needed.
    • Provide general help to the production manager, engineers, and technicians.

    Quality Control:

    • Inspect and test electronic devices to find defects or quality issues, and make necessary adjustments.
    • Record inspection results and share findings with supervisors or quality control staff.
    • Follow quality control procedures to ensure products meet standards and keep customers happy

    Equipment Maintenance:

    • Perform routine maintenance and clean manufacturing tools to keep them working well and lasting longer.
    • Clean and lubricate tools, do minor repairs, and report any problems to the production manager.
    • Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures to avoid accidents and tool damage.

    Competencies, Experience and Skills:

    • Ability to read, and interpret technical procedures and effectively communicate in English
    • Ability to apply concepts of basic math
    • Ability to handle and manipulate small components
    • Hand Tools Knowledge
    • Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
    • Knowledge on the usage of measuring equipment
    • Timekeeping skills
    • Willingness to work beyond normal office hours when required.
    • Ability to handle repetitive tasks.

    Educational qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent with Mathematics and either science or a related technical subject
    • Trade Certificate (Fitter/Turner) would be beneficial

    Regional Planning Manager PSD, EMEA

    Your Mission

    • Lead and drive strategic inventory management and demand planning across the region. 
    • You will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence by aligning regional efforts with global objectives while continuously improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. 
    • Set inventory and availability targets for CCs and DCs in the region and monitor implementation of improvement initiatives, in collaboration with regional supply chain organizations and Customer Centers.
    • You will lead a team being responsible for optimizing inventory and availability by defining, monitoring, and driving improvements in targets for Customer Centers and Distribution Centers. 
    • Your role involves overseeing and enhancing the demand planning and inventory planning processes in the region and Customer Centers.
    • Collaboration and communication will be key as you act as a strategic link between regional and global stakeholders and ensuring alignment with global inventory optimization strategies. 
    • You will also be responsible for maintaining adherence to global best practices for parts assortment and inventory management while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
    • A key aspect of your role will be to build and develop a high-performing regional planning team. 
    • You will be responsible for hiring, training, onboarding, and mentoring your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence. 
    • By leading with vision and innovation, you will directly contribute to the success of the business, optimizing supply chain performance while enhancing customer service across the region.

    Your Profile

    • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
    • 10+ years of experience in global supply chain management, including distribution, inventory, and project management.
    • We are seeking a collaborative leader who excels in change management and process development. 
    • You bring a proven track record in a managerial role, including leading people and teams and implementing change in global organizations Background in spare parts management within Epiroc or a similar industry.
    • Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
    • You are communicative and well-organized along with an analytical mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Customer oriented personality.
    • Passion for teamwork, leadership, and continuous learning.
