    Account Manager

    About this opportunity

    • We are now looking for an Account Manager to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives.
    • Actively manage and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing seamless transition from sales to operations.
    • Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively contribute to making our customers and Ericsson successful.
    • This job role will cover various portfolio offering and more specifically our radio and enterprise solution offerings, addressing the networks business of our customer.

    What you will do

    • part of the CU Sales team providing an overall accountability for all CU Sales activities ensuring profitability, compliance and proper governance.
    • Support Opco Sales organization to ensure compliance to existing GFAs and agreements.
    • Interface customer Group and Opco to maximize customer relationships.
    • Knowledge pass over to CU account managers through sharing of the processes, best practices, protocols and sales strategies.
    • Be expected to create sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.
    • Oversee optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable seamless transition to operations.
    • Foster a close working relationship with the customer to understand and suitably address their needs.

    The skills you bring

    • University Degree in Business/Technology or similar
    • Min 7 years of experience of relationship sales and 5 years from the ICT industry
    • Domain experience: Mobile Networks / RAN / Enterprise
    • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
    • You will need to have customer and market insights as well as negotiation skills
    • Leadership experience
    • South Africa and Regional Mobile Industry experience
    • Accountable and committed with a passion to win

    EHS Manager

    About This Opportunity

    • We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Service Operations EHS Manager to join our team.
    • In this critical role, you will oversee and manage Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).

    What You Will Do

    • Plan and follow-up EHS planned activities in daily basis.
    • Conducts assessments on FSO EHS Inspectors work, Live activities and Post Activities.
    • Lead/Audit training and experience for FSO Newly injected Teams and EHS Inspectors (On-job-training and mentoring)
    • Incident Investigation training and Skills.
    • Able to conduct Remote work activity audits, be able to identify hazard in second, from videos and photos.
    • Review quality of FSO EHS Inspections.
    • Provide required FSO Monthly KPI reports.
    • Knowledge about Ericsson business and governance model.
    • Formulating strategies and concepts.

    Additional Requirement

    To have extensive knowledge around the below:

    • Working at Heights & Rescue methods.
    • Rope Rigging Kits.
