    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

    • A Vehicle Patrol Officer is to patrol and respond to clients and signals forwarded from the monitoring centre.

    DUTIES

    • You are required to familiarise yourself with the area

    Road Training Specialist

    Purpose of the Role:

    • Responsible for delivering training and support to our clients and operations team on the road. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our track and trace application, excellent communication skills, and a patient and professional approach to working with diverse individuals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver training and support to clients and operations team on the road
    • Ensure precise delivery of client key bags, packages, and collection of same
    • Troubleshoot problems and issues that arise while on the route

    Main Job Purpose:  

    • The Wellness Officer Social Worker will be responsible for supporting the mental and emotional well-being of individuals within the organization. They will provide counselling, emotional support, and resources to help employees manage stress, improve coping skills, and enhance overall wellness.  

    Minimum Requirements:   

    • Grade 12/Matric Certificate.
    • A degree in Social work.
    • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a social worker in the state of employment.

    • Facilitate provision of critical financial and non-financial support to Fidelity Services Group employees facing injuries, emergencies, and hardships
